An outdoor kitchen including a pizza oven and grill

A relaxing gazebo perfect for al fresco dining, equipped with two space heaters (each on a 30-minute timer) and a mounted TV for enjoying games, movies, or evening ambiance

Surrounded by uninterrupted mountain views on three sides, this backyard sanctuary delivers a truly breathtaking and peaceful stay.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to the entire home and backyard. The pool and backyard are completely private and fenced for your enjoyment.

Note: Weekly and monthly service vendors (pool maintenance, trash, landscaping, and pest control) have access to the backyard and may visit during your stay.

Upon booking, we will require you to sign our rental agreement outlining house rules and safety guidelines. Failure to sign may result in cancellation.

Your safety is important: Exterior security cameras are in place at the front door (facing outward), the backyard gate, and the garage. No cameras face the pool or any interior spaces.

Pets are welcome, but pet fees apply depending on size and breed. Please pick up after your pets business.

Pool heating is optional (additional fees apply).
