As you drive up to the property, the first thing that you will notice is the incredible outdoor living space that sets this property apart from all others. The huge 33 ft x 30 ft southern exposure raised Patio offers plenty of room for entertaining and features a Zero Entry Pool with a covered Pavilion. Enjoy the sun and breeze from the wooden double seat rocking chair!

The Saltwater Pool is functional, fun, and perfect for all ages because it offers a gradual transition from just a few inches of water to 5 ft deep. No climbing up and down a ladder to get in or out of the pool. Imagine yourself enjoying hours with friends and family lounging around and relaxing in this awesome pool.

There is no lifeguard on duty at any time and guests are fully responsible for pool safety during their stay. The private pool is offered as a swim at your own risk amenity. All children must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times. There is absolutely "No Diving" allowed. This pool is only 5 feet deep and any diving would be considered a serious health risk. Any injuries sustained from use of the pool are the sole responsibility of the staying party.

The Hot Tub is located in the back yard area and is to be used at your own risk. Any injuries sustained from use of the hot tub are the sole responsibility of the staying party. All children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. No child under the age of 5 is permitted to use the Hot Tub. No more than 6 guests may use the Hot Tub at the same time to avoid overcrowding and safety. A separate agreement will be signed for additional safety rules.

Just off the patio is a fenced in grassy yard that is large enough for kids of all ages to play in. The family fun game- Cornhole is provided for your enjoyment.

An enclosed outdoor hot shower allows you to rinse off after a day at the beach or on the bay.

Once inside the residence you will see the owner has spared no expense. The first floor offers complete single-level living if needed. The spacious living room boasts cathedral ceilings, 2 ceiling fans, an electric fireplace book-ended by two 9 ft long window seats, large windows that offer plenty of natural light and offers water views across the street.

The gorgeous fully stocked kitchen includes granite counters, Instant hot water dispenser for that morning coffee or tea, stainless steel appliances (including microwave & dishwasher), Keurig, an L shaped island bar with seating and just off the kitchen is a dining area.

The spacious 1st floor suite features a King size bed, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Also located on the 1st floor is a 2nd bedroom with Queen size bed, a full-sized bathroom with tub/shower and a full-sized laundry room.

The 2nd floor offers a spacious front bedroom featuring a King size bed and a Daybed with trundle. This room overlooks the living room area below and has water views through the large 2nd floor custom windows. The full hall bathroom features a granite double vanity, private toilet, and rain shower heads. The fourth bedroom includes 2 Queen sized beds and a large closet hidden behind a hinged bookshelf that swings open to provide access to the closet area.

The house sleeps 10-12 people comfortably. Bring the kids, parents, and grandparents, there's plenty of room! Great for multi-family visits or a getaway with friends!
