Ski in-out for the Holidays at the Crested Mountain Avocondo!

This is arguably the single best location at Mt. Crested Butte. Nestled into a cozy corner just above the base lodge and right off the main slopes. It is steps away from all the action, yet right on nature's doorstep. It is fit for celebrities and has entertained many of them. This condo has been remodeled in a relaxing, beautiful style completed December 2018. Crested Butte is Colorado's last great ski town and the official wildflower capital of Colorado. If you haven't been here before, you are in for a real treat! Step inside this condo to reveal the feel of your very own home. The living room features an open design of a remodeled kitchen, dining area and a gas burning fireplace in the living room. There is a TV, BluRay player and stereo system for your enjoyment if you can tear yourself away from the gorgeous views and excitement outside the deck door. The bedrooms are all upstairs where the master bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom and TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and shares a hallway bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has 2 twin beds. Enjoy the common area hot tub with the best view of the last skiers coming down the hill at the end of the day for your après ski time! An easy walk to the many shops and restaurants in the Mt Crested Butte base area or to the Town Shuttle bus stop which will take you to the Town of Crested Butte where you can find many more shops, restaurants and night life to enjoy.

Parking at the Crested Mountain Condos is strategic. There is room in the garage for 1 vehicle, typically fits a suburban without topper or rack on the back. There is also 1 spot outside in the general parking lot at the complex and is labeled with a sign that says "G1 parking only". Please note there is a rule of a maximum length of 19' (including hitch/rack) for a vehicle to park at this complex. This is to maximize parking for everyone at the Crested Mountain Complex.
