This spacious, second floor, ocean front condo provides incredible views of the pool, beach and Caribbean sea! Updated decor and furnishings throughout the condo provides all of the comforts of home. Enjoy two spacious master king suites plus a third bedroom with the option of one king or two twins. A large kitchen, living room and dining space is perfect for families or couples.

Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

Amazing location and amenities!

This property was amazing! The location couldnā€™t be betterā€”easy access to town, with a grocery store and coffee shop right next door. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which hasnā€™t always been the case at other places weā€™ve stayed), and the pool was awesomeā€”perfect for relaxing after a day out. Weā€™ve visited the island over 20 times, and this is one of the best places weā€™ve ever stayed. Highly recommend!

Great location! Spacious and comfy!

I rely heavily on reviews so Iā€™ll do my best to provide as comprehensive a review as possible. The location is fantastic. Youā€™re just north of the bridge so you can quickly be in town or you can escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the calm. There is a brand new coffee shop literally steps away from the condo, a great grocery store thatā€™s a few steps further, or a bigger grocery store right down the road. The property itself sits right on the water which offers great views and breezes. Unfortunately the sargassum was bad (July) so it made being reef side a bit less appealing. The staff does an excellent job of maintaining the grounds so the pool is crystal clear and comfortable. The condo is very spacious. There were 5 of us and we had two friends visit for dinner and had plenty of room. The bathrooms are spacious as are the bedrooms. The mattresses are very firm, so if thatā€™s your jam itā€™ll be great. Itā€™s truly my only complaint and thatā€™s just a matter of preference. Brittany and Mike were great! They had golf carts waiting for us, cold beer in the fridge and made sure we had all the info we needed! I would 100% recommend this property and we will for sure be staying with them again!

Family trip

This was our familyā€™s first time to Belize. The condo was clean and had ample room for our 2 adult sons. Appreciated we were able to enjoy lounging by the pool or the beach. Location was good too - convenient and easy walk/golf cart to town or grocery, Farmhouse coffee and many other restaurants. Brittany and Mike were very attentive as well and helped us book various tours. My sister and her family stayed in another condo on the same property. Easy place to relax and enjoy family time! Thank you!!

Best place to stay in Belize!

I could not say enough about how great this property is and the service provided was even better. From the moment they met us at the airport until the morning we left, Brittany and Mike made everything so smooth and easy. Mike met us at gate and loaded our luggage while we walked across street to our waiting golf cart. Brittany met us at condo where they had already stocked fridge with water and drinks. Brittany set up excursions for our group that picked us up at dock on the property. The condo, pool and beach area are even better than pictures! Great location just over bridge on north end but still close to town. Next door is Coco Locos bar (super friendly place to hang out) and Farmhouse Cafe for iced coffees and delicious croissants . We had delivery from Sandbar several days- they do everything from pizzas to salads to burgers. All delicious! Donā€™t pass this one up!!

Great location and wonderful management

My brothers and I stayed here for the second year in a row for our annual fishing trip. We love the location and the proximity for good restaurants and bars. The fishing guides can pick you up right out front of the condo on the dock!

Wonderful property with amazing hosts

Our group of six adults had a wonderful week at this property! The unit was even nicer than the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, with a small grocery store just a short walk away and a beach bar right next to the property. Brittany and Mike were the perfect hosts. They met us at the airport, arranged for our golf carts, arranged our tours, and even delivered supplies in a thunderstorm. You canā€™t ask for any better service than that! We look forward to our return visit!

Great find!

This was a family vacation for a party of 6. The condo was spacious enough for all of us. The property owners go above and beyond the call of duty to provide you with all you need. They met us at the airport and handled our bags on both our arrival & departure. They were most helpful at booking our excursions. The unit is fully airconditioned, and was stocked with water. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

Beautiful stay at The Landings!

The location was perfect. Grocery store and coffee shop were next to us. The condo/apartment was very nice and spacious, and the pool was beautiful. We were right on the ocean with views for miles. Loved it!

Best Belize Vacay!

Brittany and staff made this stay at the Landings completely stress free. They took care of every detail and even gave us the best recommendations for dinner. Best meals we had! We would definitely stay here again. 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with an amazing view and perfect location was perfect!

Great place for our family

This was a great place for our family (husband and myself with our 4 adult children). The condo was spacious, with plenty of room for us all to hang out together. Having three bathrooms was a nice benefit to this property. The beach area is very nice and well maintained. And we loved the location of the property - easy to get to town and also to restaurants on the north side of the island. The property managers were very helpful from the time we booked until the end of our trip. They arranged our transportation from Belize City, golf cart rental, as well as two excursions for us. Once we arrived in San Pedro, Mike and Brittany met us at the airport with our rental golf cart and transported us and our luggage to the condo. They promptly responded to our questions and requests. When it was time to leave, they again accompanied us to the airport, got us checked in for our flight back to Belize City, and stayed with our rented golf cart until the company came to retrieve it. The service went above and beyond. We hope to return to Belize and would stay at the Landings at Tres Cocos again!

The landings at A5

Kimberly and Chad made our stay so enjoyable. They had our refrigerator stocked with cold drinks and water upon our arrival. Kimberly booked an excursion for us with Searious Excursions which was the highlight of our stay. After taking the ferry to the island, we decided to fly back to Belize, at the end of our stay. Kimberly handled the reservation, our luggage and met us at the airport to ensure there were no problems. This extra service was so worth it and asked me to relax and know things were taken care of. You can't beat the customer service ! I would definitely stay again!

Amazing vacation rental

The property check in was great. Kimberly and Chad met us to show the place. Kimberly was also very helpful prior to arrival with golf cart rentals, taxi info, etc. The place was very clean, perfect space for a group of 5 friends. Great balcony and close enough to town but not to close. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great hosts and resort

We had five people in a three bedroom three bath condo. Great location just north of San Pedro and resort so it was walkable to restaurants and retail stores for food and supplies. We Sean in the ocean and the pools and the took three snorkeling trips that picked us up at the resort dock. Weather was great and hosts were wonderful. This a is a great place to stay.

First time on Ambergris Caye. We

It was our first time on Ambergris Caye, and Kimberly and Chad did such a great job of handling so many of the logistics, it was like have a personal concierge team! They booked our round trip Tropic Air flights and golf cart rental, and met us at the airport upon arrival to help us get the golf cart and transport our luggage to the condo. We pre-ordered water/pop/beer and we had it in the fridge upon arrival.
