Breathtaking 2 bedroom/2 bath second-floor Oceanfront condo.

A large 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom recently updated open concept second floor condo. Comfortably sleeps 6. It offers a large ocean-facing deck with outdoor dining that comfortably accommodates 6 and a sitting area that includes a hammock as well as a BBQ. Perfect for watching the sun rise over the ocean or watching the waves break over the Hol Chan Reef.

The large master is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, 54" smart TV, alarm clock with USB ports, black-out curtains, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and full ensuite with a rain shower head. the bedroom has a bonus room that is furnished with a twin trundle bed perfect for keeping the kids close or a quiet spot to relax.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, 40" smart TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, alarm clock with USB ports, blackout curtains, and an armoire to store your belongings. USB ports can also be found in the 2 nightstands for your convenience.

Across the hall from the second bedroom is a full bathroom with a rain shower head.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, a full set of Henkel knives, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and blender, perfect for those blended drinks. An air fryer has just been added. There is also a full set of both indoor and outdoor dishes as well as drinkware. The kitchen has a large table that comfortably seats 6.

The family room boasts a 55" hi-def smart Samsung TV, a Bose Bluetooth speaker, and comfortable seating for 6. It boasts spectacular views of the ocean right from the sofa. Off the family room is the office. It has a large desk with a lamp, a charging station, and a new queen-size pull-out sofa. The large Mahogany doors can be closed to give privacy. A perfect area to get some work done play a game or read a book.

This place was great! Nice cold A/C, TV in both bedrooms and the living room, black out curtains (which we LOVE) to blunt light, heat, and sound for late sleepers. Fully stocked kitchen, nice pool and pool deck area. The owners of this unit have thought of, and stocked, virtually everything that you could need, besides food! We are already booked for next year.

We loved our stay at this property! It was exactly is it was represented online. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were what we wanted. The hosts were very communicative and helped us navigate so many situations that it made us feel like we had a concierge! This was our second time in San Pedro and we enjoyed the location because we didnā€™t want to be in town and last time we stayed at the opposite end of Ambergis Caye. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. (I didnā€™t take any photos inside- like I said, it looks exactly like the listing).

Comfortable stay north of San Pedro. Lori and her staff made the stay exceptional. They help line up flights to and from Ambergris, golf cart, and excursions. Would definitely recommend this place.

My family and I absolutely loved this condo. The accommodations are incredible. The host outstanding and the little things theyā€™ve added to the condo show great attention to detail. Lori, the property manager was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. If you are considering this location for your next stay in Belize, you should book it today. You wonā€™t be disappointed. The views of the ocean are breathtaking. The location is excellent and not to from the main town by golf cart. I truly believe anyone would love this place.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. Location, property manager, amenities, cleanliness...everything was great! Would definitely recommend this place for a family as there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The outdoor space was also lovely. Overall, no issues. Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we booked, to the trip back to the airport, our hosts were there for us! We absolutely loved the location and the accommodations. The condo was immaculate with every attention to detail for a comfortable stay. The ocean view, the dock, the pool, the security and even the crocodile were all perfect. Amazing place to stay with family!

It was the perfect spot for our first time on Ambergis Caye. Lori, Seleni, & Jim were extremely helpful leading up to our stay, booking our golf cart, arranging tours, and were waiting for us at the San Pedro Airport to show us to the condo. Condo is well equipped with everything you need including beach/cooler bags. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone thinking of coming to San Pedro!

The property is soooo beautiful, great location (close to secret beach and town). We had everything we needed for our stay- they literally thought of everything!) Ambergris Caye - North End (the place to be)

amazing, large, clean, well stocked and appointed condo. great view of sea. wonderful team to help us plan even before arrival, excursions, flights in and out, taxis etc. traveled the world and have never had this much hand holding. appreciated as this was first trip to Belize. north end is a short 15 minute golf cart ride to the craziness of town but condo was a tranquil place to end night. if you didnt want to go to town, several good dining options nearby. would stay here again if visiting ambergris caye.

Fabulous Property

The Oceanaire property is beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. It had all of the amenities of home and a beautiful view too! The property is just steps from the beach with a dock which provides each access for water taxis and boat excursions. Lori and Jim were a huge help reserving golf carts and excursions for us. They answered all of our questions and provided recommendations to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back!

A great week at Oceanaire

We spent a great week at Oceanaire! This condo was perfect for 2 couples. It has everything we needed for cooking a few meals, a great deck area for morning coffee and a lovely pool area. The location is quiet but close to restaurants and grocery stores. Lori and Jim were both extremely helpful! Mike and Shelly in Nebraska

A wonderful stay in San Pedro

We had a wonderful stay in this condo in San Pedro. The condo was exactly as pictured, the view from the balcony was beautiful and our hosts were fabulous. They made our reservations for the commuter flight on Tropic Air, reserved our golf cart and met us at the Tropic Air terminal to assist with luggage and lead us to the condo. When it was time to leave, they helped us get back. Service was top notch. I can't say enough good things about them. I would stay with them again if we ever go back to San Pedro.

Great value not far north of bridge. Don't hesitate, rent!

Wonderful communication with the manager - greatly appreciated!The condo was quality all the way. Clean, updated and wonderful. Comfortable bed and great shower. Extremely well stocked with all you could need and want. Extras included filtered water, coffee, spices, games, books, etc. Wonderful view overlooking the pool and beach. Reason for the two 4 star ratings:First impression going to our condo - the stairs and entryway outside need sweeping badly. A 10 minute/day job easily remedied. Also, many tiles missing on walk ways, where puddles form during rain, kept this from looking like a well kept building. Location is great in that it's not far from town, yet still north of the bridge for getting to secret beach quicker. Also great with wonderful restaurants a short walk or drive away, The downside is the short dirt road to enter the property which was completely flooded from recent rain. All in all, a great rental. The things I listed were just for hopeful improvements that wouldn't take much time or money.

Our two weeks at this condo was wonderful! The condo was spacious for the four of us. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals and we had fun using a charcoal BBQ again! The bedrooms had comfy beds, clothes storage and A/C. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck space with a dining table and sitting area. Great spot to take in the breeze and sights. There was always loungers available around the pool and the beach was very safe to walk and enjoy. We canā€™t say enough about Jim, Lori and Seleni. They took care of us from transportation to and from the airport, answering our inquiries to organizing snorkeling tours for us. Their suggestion to purchase duty free at the Belize airport was appreciated! The location of the condo was perfect; very peaceful yet close to town. Alot of restaurants nearby, some of our favourites; Ali, Rumdog, Truck Stop, Wayoā€™s, Purple Pelican, Hurricane, Palapa, Blue Water Grill and Stellaā€™s Sunset Wine Bar. The drive to Secret Beach is well worth a day on the beach and in the water. Terrific spot!

Beautiful vacation spot

This condo is exactly as the picture's show, everything was clean. The beds were both very comfortable with everything you need. Morning coffee on the patio was definitely a highlight for us. Lori & Seleni were both amazing host's. Lori and her husband met us at the airport when we arrived in san pedro. They not only helped book the small plane to the island they arranged our golf cart rental and it was ready and waiting for us. They then escorted us to the condo. I had read this in previous reviews and let me tell you this took a lot of my plate and I appreciated the easiness of it all after a long day of travel. We were interested in snorkeling and a sunset crusie. Seleni worked on setting all that up and even when we didnt think we were going to get to go on the sunset cruise due to a lack of people Seleni messaged me on our last day to say she found us a spot. I do recommend a golf cart rental as the condo is far enough from the downtown area to escape the noise but you will surely want to spend some time exploring. It was only about 15 min on the golf cart but also lots of other stuff along the way. We recommend Rum Dog for lunch the view is incredible. Caramba and Blue water grill were also favourites of ours in the donwntown area. Overall we enjoyed our time in San Pedro and would absolutely come back.

Centrally located but quiet

Four of us stayed at this unit and loved every minute of it. It is north of town so we were out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to be able to make a short run to the grocery or restaurants. The unit was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed for staying for the week. Lori/Jim were so helpful with everything from renting the golf cart and arranging the flights with Tropic Air to basic insights about travelling and purchasing items on-island. Some of our favorites eats: the shrimp tacos and Key Lime Pie at Pur; paella at Aji (which is just down the beach from unit); wood fired pizza at Truck Stop; meat pies at FarmHouse; breakfast at Estelle's - recommended by Lori prior to our flight out and when we go back it will be a frequent breakfast stop for us. The fry jacks were out of this world!! Some of our favorite excursions: Sunset Palace - for us 50's crowd, this place up near Secret Beach was PERFECT as you get the Secret Beach atmosphere without the party crowds! Get there by 11am and have your pick of sitting areas including tables, lounge chairs and hammock. Its laid back and the fish fingers were amazing! Day trip with Josh at Hooked, Line & Sinker - Josh is based right behind the unit and you jump on his boat right at the unit's dock. We had a fabulous day of fishing, snorkeling and sightseeing with Josh and Alvin. They made the day fun and knew so much about the area. Plus Josh cooks what you catch over a coconut husk fire which was fun to see and even better to eat!! Tranquility Bay- this is not a quick trip! It takes time to get up to this place but worth every second of the trip. Their restaurant Tacklebox has waterside tables and Adirondacks and the reef is a swimmable distance from the dock to be able to snorkel around the reef. Eat the shrimp quesadilla - this ranked as one of our best eats all week!!! Beautiful setting - just be ready for an hour plus ride on the golf cart. We would absolutely stay at this unit again. Everything was perfect for our stay in San Pedro.Costa Norte met us at the Ferry Terminal upon arrival with our golf cart and assisted us with the luggage and the navigation to our condo.The condo was clean, well equipped, quiet and beautifully decorated with an excellent location. Great view from the balcony of the pool, ocean and morning sunrise. Lots of restaurants close by and a handful within walking distance. We enjoyed morning walks along the beach often stopping for coffee or breakfast along the way.The condo was well located between San Pedro and Secret Beach with several grocery stores in close proximity.Again, Jim, Lori, Maria and Sammy with Costa Norte Mgmt. were friendly, helpful and always available.An excellent vacation with many wonderful memories.
