Welcome to The Bird’s Nest Studio — a beautifully maintained, peaceful one-bedroom retreat located in the highly sought-after Life Bucerías community, in the heart of the Golden Zone. Just one block from Bucerías' pristine beach and 40 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, this cozy space offers the ideal balance of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
The Space
This immaculate and serene one-bedroom studio is thoughtfully designed for short-term stays and weekend escapes. Features include:

A queen-size bed
Compact kitchenette with two-burner stove and mini fridge
Cozy, quiet ambiance ideal for rest and recharge

Note: Due to its compact size, The Bird’s Nest is best suited for short stays.

A perfect little nest to stay in for a few days! Host is incredibly responsive and welcoming. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent stay- 5 stars!!!

Bucerías Short Stay

The location was terrific for beach swims and restaurants, with easy walks to the town, and to the path to Nuevo Vallarta. Best for a short stay, as the space is tight. Terrific hosts!

We loved our stay!

The property is first rate and our hosts were super attentive. Our room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Great assortment of pillows too (I am picky). They've thought of all needs.

Bird's Nest at Bucerias

Our first trip to Bucerias. We loved it! The Bird's Nest was a perfect retreat for our stay. Just big enough, with all of the amenities we needed. The host was totally responsive and helped us plan activities as well. 100% recommend the property!as making our stay comfortable.

The Kresslers were great guests. it was a pleasure to have had the opportunity to be there host for there first viist to Bucerias. I definitely recommend The Kresslers to other hosts and hope to see tbem again.

Very comfortable stay

Just as listed. A very comfortable property with all the amenities you need. The location is ideal, and only about 1-2 streets from the beautiful, beach, and within short walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The next time I am in Bucerias, I will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you.

The Bird’s Nest at Life Bucerias is a clean, comfortable, and complete little studio in possibly the best location Bucerias has to offer. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to many restaurants, shops and convenience stores. The pool area is beautiful, complete with a fridge to keep your beverages icy cold! Great 24 hour security at the entrance and friendly staff made the difference for me as I was travelling alone. The well laid out studio itself is nicely decorated with a fully stocked little kitchen, comfortable couch and queen size bed. I will definitely book again.

Great location, fabulous property!!!

Very new property, with all amenities included in the room. Room was spotless, had everything we needed. Pool area was fantastic, large, warm water temp with great size hottub. Lots of loungers, as well as other very comfortable chairs and tables in the shade. Gym was clean, new and had a good assortment of equipment. Bonus was a fridge by the pool to keep your bevies cold. Another great feature was the roof top restaurant, hot tub and bar!! Location was excellent, wouldn't want to be any farther south on the street, just less choices for food, etc. Just 1 block off the beach. This place was so wonderful, we went to the beach once, and stayed at the pool the whole time, it's that good!!

This property is in a great location that was only 1 block away from the beach. Lots of great dining options near it. Within walking distance to grocery stores and art galleries. The same address is located in a different part of town so you need to make sure you’re getting dropped off at the right one. Our uber driver took us to the wrong one first across the highway away from the golden zone and we had to find another uber driver to take us to the correct one. The only other disappointment was that there was no rooftop hot tub as advertised and the hot tub on the pool level wasn’t working properly (jets wouldn’t work). Other than that, we loved it.

Somewhat disappointed

There was not a 2 in 1 washer/dryer as shown in the listing! The carpet runner from the bathroom that comes into the hallway was either bleach marked or dirty it was hard to tell

Very disappointed

Property location was very difficult to find. Upon arrival no one spoke english. Could not identify our reservation, Upon a 3 hour delay we were finally able to get into our room. The room was not ready. (numerous blankets, towels, bed sheets. Were laying on on top of the bed.) Bathroom not clean, the kitchen had significant amount of mail laying on countertop. On the balcony, the chairs and table was not clean. We had a problem with the toilet seat coming loose. The room keeper informed us that she would talk to Richard to see if we could get a day refund for the problems encountered.
