Summary:
Charming condo just 3.5 blocks to the beach, 1 to the Golden Zone, 1 to Restaurant Row (5 de Mayo), & 6.5 from downtown. Relax on your private terrace, fire up the charcoal grill, or grab the included beach gear for a day in the sun. With fast WiFi, a dedicated workspace, inverter A/C, and solar panels, the condo offers a comfortable, eco-friendly stay in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood.
The Space:
We thoughtfully designed the space to be a comfortable stay whether you are staying for a weekend or staying for a month. Unwind in the comfortable living area, prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a blender, toaster oven, and full-sized refrigerator, and enjoy them at the bistro style dining table. The interior features modern finishes, including granite kitchen countertops and quartzite bathrooms with a double vanity. The private patio, facing Southwest, is shaded in the mornings and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or to fire up the charcoal Weber grill for a casual patio dinner with great sunsets. Air conditioning is available in both the bedroom and the living space.
For your comfort and convenience, we offer several amenities. Stay connected with fast fiber optic 100mbps internet and a safe is available for you to store your valuables. Beach gear, including chairs, towels, and an umbrella, are all provided for your leisure. You can also enjoy safe filtered water from the kitchen sink.
Location Location Location:
This condo is located only 1 block to Golden Zone (just across the highway) and 3.5 blocks to the beach. Restaurant Row (including Culi's, Buclas Brewery, and BuceBurger) is only 1.5 blocks away. Luna Luna, our favorite breakfast spot, is only 2 blocks away. Oceanfront dining at Karen's Beachfront restaurant is just 3.5 blocks away. Savor mouthwatering tacos at Tacos Al Pastor El Fogoncito, a mere 2.5 blocks away. Indulge in the culinary delights at the municipal market just 1.5 blocks away, offering affordable food options. Take advantage of the proximity to convenience stores, a large grocery store, and the bus stop for easy access to Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, and Punta Mita. Additionally, you'll find the CMQ hospital and Santander bank with an ATM just 2 blocks away.
Our home runs on sunshine. With a rooftop solar system producing around 1,000 kWh of clean energy each month, we power most of the property — including air conditioning and all your everyday comforts — with solar power. Enjoy your stay knowing your vacation is powered by the sun and helps support a greener future.
! Please note that access requires climbing one flight of 18 stairs.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom retreat. Make yourself at home in the cozy living space with a Roku TV, relax on the private patio, and utilize the dedicated workspace for remote work or personal projects. Enjoy the convenience of a smart lock system, eliminating the need for keys. Street parking is readily available for your vehicle. The unit does not have a washer and dryer but there are laundromats just a block or two away and maid or laundry service can be offered for a small extra fee. Smoking is only allowed on your private balcony when all the sliding doors closed.

Nestled in the best part of an up and coming area of Bucerias, our vacation rental provides an ideal home base to explore this charming coastal city. Immerse yourself in the local culture and discover hidden gems that make this neighborhood great.
Getting Around:
To make your exploration even easier, we provide you with a curated guidebook featuring our favorite restaurants, activities, secret spots, favorite beaches, and general attractions. Our recommendations and insider tips will help you make the most of your time in Bucerias.
You can walk everywhere in Bucerias! Keep in mind we are on a hill so you will need to walk uphill when returning to the condo after the beach. We are a half block away from the corner bus stop that will take you to north to Sayulita. You can cross the street and on the other side is the bus to go South to big grocery stores or all the way to PV. InDriver is a popular rideshare app since Uber is not available in Nayarit. We can also offer chauffeur and taxi services upon request.
