Beds are appointed with crisp linens and big puffy pillows, cozy blankets for curling up. The game room was a popular hang out-recliners and big TV were amazing! The kitchen was stocked with everything and plenty of room to seat everyone for a meal.

We had space for everyone to comfortably eat together at the dining table and to spend quality time playing pool and watching football in the basement! Katie is extremely communicative and gave us some great tips prior to the trip for packing and local activities. This house has everything from a hot tub to a fire pit and is absolutely perfect for any group. The view from the deck is one of a kind! Highly recommend renting here" ~Carolyn

It was very spacious, decorated beautifully, extremely clean, included all desired amenities, and simply provided a quiet place to work (and relax) that felt like home. Katie was wonderful and always very responsive. With this being my first time staying at a rental, I had many questions, but she was wonderful to work with and made the entire process very easy. Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The home was well stocked and decorated. The bunk room and video game were a huge hit with the kids. The hot tub was a life saver due to some bad weather. The host could not have been more responsive and nice. Communication was great, extremely helpful. That went a long way to make our stay smooth. I would highly recommend staying here, it's perfect for large families or groups. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful view and area was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit and game room. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. Our little ones loved the little teepee bed and we appreciated this rental is dog friendly. I would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the house and the beautiful Mountain View. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Katie was very responsive and gave lots of ideas for restaurants and activities in the area. Our granddaughters loved hiking and the playground at Cacapon State Park. They also really enjoyed playing in the Springs in town and the candy shop.

We were very impressed with our accommodations ā clean, comfortable, spacious, and sunny (except on the rainy day) with a great view. Our host, Katie, answered questions promptly both before and during our stay. We are all older and appreciated that most of the bedrooms and the main rooms are on the first floor with easy access to the parking lot ā we did not have to carry our boxes and suitcases up or down stairs. And for the times we wanted to use the game room, the stairs had a sturdy handrail. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely recommend this place and this host.

This house was absolutely wonderful. From the open kitchen, to the comfortable beds to the view from the back deck, we could not have asked for more. Nice house but would have been nice to be able to use the indoor fireplace as it was snowing while there. Jacuzzi water was cloudy. Kitchen items too worn for price of rental. Nice game room but for price should provide basic cable. House was clean and had amazing view.

Fall Getaway
The view is spectacular! The house is as advertised. Beds are comfortable. Our grandkids loved the game room.
Location is great for visiting Cacapon State Park and downtown Berkeley Springs.

Beautiful home just minutes from the lovely town of Berkeley Springs
Beautiful home with a wonderful view. The home had everything we needed. The bunk beds were the nicest bunk beds I've ever seen. Plenty of room for adults!

Second Stay
Once again everything about 20 Apache Heights was perfect. First night there was a small issue and it was taken care of immediately. Our entire family loves this property and are looking forward to staying a third, forth, fifth...time.

Spacious comfortable home with a gorgeous view
Perfect get away for relaxation with the family. House accommodated an array of ages comfortably. Large multifunction deck for the adults to sit and talk whole the children ran and played - in leu of backyard. Fire pit was nice.
