Beds are appointed with crisp linens and big puffy pillows, cozy blankets for curling up. The game room was a popular hang out-recliners and big TV were amazing! The kitchen was stocked with everything and plenty of room to seat everyone for a meal.

It was very spacious, decorated beautifully, extremely clean, included all desired amenities, and simply provided a quiet place to work (and relax) that felt like home. Katie was wonderful and always very responsive. With this being my first time staying at a rental, I had many questions, but she was wonderful to work with and made the entire process very easy. House was as advertised. Clean, spacious, comfortable with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable.Beds are comfortable. Plenty of kitchen supplies available so that you can cook and serve meals without bringing much other than your food supplies. Stove is propane so if you are not use to that kind of cooking, plan a little extra time into your prep. Not a show stopper just and fyi. Game room offers a fun selection of items for a rainy day or break from the beautiful outdoor views. Hot tub, grill and fire pit were all utilized by our group of 8. Perfect house for 4 couples and our mini reunion. Town is not far away with shopping and dining options if you want to not cook. Would absolutely come back.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The home was well stocked and decorated. The bunk room and video game were a huge hit with the kids. The hot tub was a life saver due to some bad weather. The host could not have been more responsive and nice. Communication was great, extremely helpful. That went a long way to make our stay smooth. I would highly recommend staying here, it's perfect for large families or groups. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful view and area was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit and game room. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. Our little ones loved the little teepee bed and we appreciated this rental is dog friendly. I would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the house and the beautiful Mountain View. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Katie was very responsive and gave lots of ideas for restaurants and activities in the area. Our granddaughters loved hiking and the playground at Cacapon State Park. They also really enjoyed playing in the Springs in town and the candy shop.

They are not kidding about the spectacular view!! We had a lovely stay at this house with three elderly parents for a long weekend, and it was wonderful having three bedrooms on the main floor. The kitchen is very well equipped (even has an electric griddle for pancakes and a tea kettle for the stove). Beds are comfortable and the games room is terrific. We just had five adults but it would be a good place for a family/families with kids as the bunk rooms are very cute, and there’s definitely enough room. Would definitely stay here again, and there was some not so subtle hinting from the folks to do it again next year. Berkeley Springs has plenty to offer in activities, and everyone we met in town was just lovely and so kind to my folks. The team’s recommendations on food were top notch. Highly recommend Bobs Beef BBQ the whole family loved it and its great value for the money. The cheese shop and Fairfax Coffee House also terrific.

We were very impressed with our accommodations – clean, comfortable, spacious, and sunny (except on the rainy day) with a great view. Our host, Katie, answered questions promptly both before and during our stay. We are all older and appreciated that most of the bedrooms and the main rooms are on the first floor with easy access to the parking lot – we did not have to carry our boxes and suitcases up or down stairs. And for the times we wanted to use the game room, the stairs had a sturdy handrail. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely recommend this place and this host.

This house was absolutely wonderful. From the open kitchen, to the comfortable beds to the view from the back deck, we could not have asked for more. And Katie is one of the nicest, responsive and helpful hosts I’ve communicated with. The host Katie is fantastic. Very communicative, worked with my group on all our needs. The house is fantastic and the views from the back porch are picture perfect. If you want a relaxing getaway this is your stop!

Great house for family gathering!

Our fall getaway to Berkeley Springs was all the more enjoyable for our family with the beautiful view, hot tub, and game room!!

The home is a beautiful home with lots of space. The deck is awesome and so is the view. The game room was a big hit with the kids and the walking trails are nice to enjoy the woods.

Wonderful!

What an absolutely gorgeous place with unbelievable views off the balcony! We really enjoyed our spring break there with lots of hiking outings and zip lining not too far away.

Family Vacation Escape

The property was beautiful and the host was the best with quick responses and local suggestions. The view was amazing and our family has the best time relaxing in the cabin for the week!

Great place to spend time with family. House was spacious, well appointed with lots of things to do just hanging around the house! Town was lovely.

Beautiful home just minutes from the lovely town of Berkeley Springs

Beautiful home with a wonderful view. The home had everything we needed. The bunk beds were the nicest bunk beds I've ever seen. Plenty of room for adults!

Fall Getaway

The view is spectacular! The house is as advertised. Beds are comfortable. Our grandkids loved the game room. Location is great for visiting Cacapon State Park and downtown Berkeley Springs.
