* Luxurious, beautiful ocean view 3BR 2.5. Baths , furnished home, located in Rosarito Beach, Baja, MX. 2,400 SQ FT home, light, spacious airy and very clean, located 10 minutes from downtown Rosarito, 15 minutes from Puerto Nuevo and a 30 minute ride from San Diego, a whole world apart.

• Modern construction, Central heat, Large, comfortable bedrooms with ensuit bathrooms opening to a balcony with unobstructed ocean views.

* Sleeps 6 to 8 persons. Beds: one king, one queen, one trundle and two singles. All linens and towels provided.

* A comfortable living and dining room opening to a huge safety glass enclosed terrace with a gas grill for a BBQ and margaritas while enjoying breath-taking sunsets, and migrating whales, or a warm night under the stars.

* Very large, modern kitchens with tiled counters and glassware showcases. kitchenware and all appliances, including washer and dryer.

* A one car garage with parking space for two more cars behind the gates.

* A back patio with picknic table, terraced gardens with palm trees and roses.

* A cement block fence with security double iron gates surrounds the entire property. A nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly people.

Activities:
So much to do !!: Scuba dive rocky sea caves or visit the blowhole near Ensenada. Just north visit the Spa and world class 18 hole golf course with spectacular ocean views at Real del Mar. You can also ride horses along the beach or through the hills or go sand-duning on the beach. You can bar-hop for the best Mexican beers, dance the night away at Papas N Beers or Iggy's or enjoy a dinner-show on the week-ends. Charlie's Place, the local hangout is two miles south. The food is good, not expensive and they have dancing and karaoke... what a blast! The famous Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village is only a few miles south of the area. Go south to Ensenada and the beautiful wine country or go to the fish market downtown and buy a bag of fish, then walk across the street and feed the pelicans and sea lions, enjoy the specialty of the Baja California area, lobster prepared in many delicious ways.
The city of San Diego, California is commuter close with an international airport and famous attractions such as, Seaworld, the Padres, theaters, and the world famous San Diego Zoo.

Beautiful beach house. Ocean views are spectacular

What an amazing experience our church sisters and I had. This home is so relaxing. Ocean views are amazing. Clean, quite, bright and oh so spacious is some of the many great features of this home. Our annual woman's retreat was amazing. This home allowed our womans retreat the flexibility of teaching our lessons with such a close encounter to nature. Close to Ensenada, La Bufadora and right next door to Rosarito. The owner's are great people. So friendly and helpful. Definitely using this home on other occasions and family vacations. Thank you Ms. Alicia and Nancy for such a great home and experience.

We enjoyed staying at the property and were very pleased at how well the owners provide oversight and support for the property. We also found them to be very interesting and friendly people.

For us the location was perfect. The house was safe and secure plus the house came with a garage which we needed to store some equipment. Nancy was very accommodating, and we loved everything about our stay. 5 stars, thank you.

Only one word: great!

Beautiful house with splendid ocean view! The owner, Ms. Nancy is very nice and had given us a lot of touring suggestions with details. We almost followed every one of them and we enjoyed every bit of them. All members of our family, from grandparents to kids were very satisfied. Definitely will recommend it to our friends who intend to take a vacation down there!

Nice house - owner live next to the house nice lady - not walking distance to the beach

Nice house, not close the beach you have to use vehicle to go to the beach and pay fee, we paid for cleaning fee ( that means We don't have to clean!!!) we brought our one year granddaughter and she make a little mess and my son come one one night only from 7pm to next day at 12pm and we paid and extra $30 that's ok I didn't plan it, the hot water run off the second day I have to make it run just by turn it on before I remove all the spiders close to that heater any way the house is very nice just the only uncomfortable issue is that the owner live next to the house I never experienced something like that she come inside the house at least two times that not practical. The owner is a very nice lady.

Very nice home ;)

My father, some brothers and a few friends spent 4 nights and 5 days there. What a nice clean house, everything looked clean and up to date. Fresh towels & linen. Nancy who checked up in and lives next door was very helpful and sweet. We loved the fact of the cars being secure. Was a good time visiting with a loved one. Thank you for allowing us to rent the house. God bless u.

Beautiful home, open and bright with gorgeous ocean views

The house is large, very clean, well-maintained and very private. There was everything one could hope for to make a stay comfortable. Water, coffee and tea, condiments, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner are all supplied. The terrace, which overlooks the ocean is huge; awesome if you have a lot of family visiting. The host, Nancy, is friendly and very helpful in giving tips on where to go. Charlie's place, the local hangout, is two miles south. They have a fun crowd, good seafood and fantastic margaritas. A bit further south is Puerto Nuevo, for lobster. And of course Papas N Beers and Iggy's is just a 10 minute drive or taxi ride.

A great house in Rosarito Beach

We rented both sides of this house during November for my sister's wedding and we had the best time ever! This is a nice, bright very clean and comfortable residence with a great ocean view. We actually saw a group of 6 or 7 dolphins during both days of our stay.All my family is planningt to get together again and come back next year to the same place, but to stay a little longer. This is a wonderful house, I only wish I could live here all year long! Chris S.

Beautiful, very up-scale, wonderful location

It was obvious when we walked into this beautiful, clean, light and airy home that this was not the typical mex vacation rental, in fact the owners told us they were originally built as two attached vacation homes for their large family. The homes were perfect for us, because we had a large party of 12 and it was great to have the space. The house is gated and we met two of the neighbors who were very friendly Americans. Each home is very large and the two master suits are huge. The people at the surf shop across the street were really friendly and the beach was super clean. Pueto Neuvo (the lobster villige, yum, yum,) was about 10 miles south, we did a day trip to Ensanata, but mostly hung out and in the eve enjoyed incredible sunsets with our family and friend and bar-g-que and margaritas on the terrace that overlooks the ocean. we had a great time and will be back!

About us
We love to have visitors stay with us, especially to learn about foreign lands and other states. We are a mother and daughter team. The mom is from Colombia, an ex-teacher and social worker now retired. She loves music and painting as a hobby. The daughter is an expert Photo Retoucher. She has a sense of humor and a great personality. We both enjoy the perfect weather all year round and visiting the typical places in the area :
CHARLIE'S PLACE: The hangout for locals with really good, inexpensive food and drinks, ... best place to chill and have a beer in the afternoon or dance and sing Karaoke in the eve ... just two miles south.
IGGYS and PAPAS & BEER'' is about 10 minutes from the community and located right on the sandy beach. This club is fairly large, bright and airy it offers sand VOLLEYBALL as well as other entertainment and food.

HORSEBACK RIDING is available for rentalon the BEACH. Also, Go Cars is is available for rental across the street .
- Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Movie Theater, laser tag, restaurants in the Pabellon Mall that is located in Rosarito.

PUERTO NUEVO LOBSTER VILLAGE:
The best known lobster village is located about 8 miles south. Puerto Nuevo-style lobster has been a phenomenon since 1956. Today, Puerto Nuevo boasts more than 35 side-by-side restaurants that all sell -- fried lobster, beans, rice, BIG flour tortillas, guacamole, chips and salsa. Amazing for your taste !!
