Beautiful condo

This condo was workable for my family, the pool was right outside the lanai - the bedrooms were great - loved the closets and pantry - very well stocked. Close to the lagoons and the shopping center located nearby. Morning walks was fabulous. Our hosts were helpful and amazing! There was a piano and guitar which my oldest grandson and his mom enjoyed!

Wow Annie, Thank so much. We are so very happy that you and your family enjoyed the condo. We loved hosting you all. You were the prefect guests. Glad you were impressed with our Pantry and closet designs that makes us very happy. So happy your Grandson made use of the Piano and guitar. We hope you made everlasting Hawaiian memories. Great home away

I found The place to be wonderful . Everything in the kitchen and pantry was well organized , new flooring and a beautiful interior decorated made it feel like a home. View of the swimming pool is nice to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning. Anthony add Barry were very hospitable and accommodating, they checked in to ask how’s the trip and the rental . There’s piano and a guitar in the unit is a unique touch . They also have a rental car in Turo . I haven’t used it as I found out about it too late . The beach is about 20 min walk, I highly recommend the place and will definitely be back .

Okay stay

The condo is well located near the pool and spa, and within walking distance to the lagoons, restaurants, and shopping. Bedroom closet space was ample and there were plenty of soft bath towels, soap and shampoo. Upstairs bed and baths were clean. We arrived 10 minutes before 2pm to check in and were greeted by one owner in the driveway asking us “What time did he (the other owner) tell you? Check in is at 3pm.” I showed the confirmation for check in at 2pm, and we waited outside in the rain for 20 minutes for the owner to vacate. Not a great way to extend a warm welcome. Cleanliness was an issue downstairs. The kitchen trash can had residue under the lid that smelled bad. (We cleaned it.) The oven had not been cleaned. The pullout sofa had food under the cushions. The vacuum filter was clogged. (We cleaned it.) About halfway through our visit a very foul odor came from under the stairs. We discovered multiple rattraps and one dead roof rat, which we removed. If the owners invest in a professional cleaning service, they’ll have a fine place in a great location to rent. We hope that’s what they do.

We would like to thank Barbara for her review.. we are sorry that her stay was just ok.. I am sure we couldn’t of done anymore to make her and her family comfortable.. In response to her having to wait in the rain for 20 mins this is very misleading.. we have reviewed our CCTV footage of the entrance to our condo and both her and her husband accessed the condo at 2:03pm which was a very beautiful day in Ko Olina.. They were graciously assisted by the other owner who was replenishing the toilet supplies for them. We do have a cleaning service and have address Barbara’s concerns with them.. a few things Barbara forgot to mention was the fully functional home she walked into. On arrive she received a welcoming basket with a gift from us to remember her stay with us in beautiful Hawaii. Along with a bottle of red, chocolates and some other Hawaiian goodies. We also accommodated well for her Pet which we allowed her to bringing along.. which she never deposed of the pet wasters in the correct area and has created a huge fly problem within the condo. Barbara also enjoy a great outdoor sitting area and the use of our car.. The rotten issue happened the night before your party was due to arrive. We had contemplated cancelling the book BUT with all the plans they had made we are not that type of people.. Maybe in hindsight we should have? It was an issue we tried to manage before their arrival.. We offered as part of the pest control service we would call the service people to come and fix the problem, the guests refused, therefore we could not do much more. However in saying all that I always say “people are always quick to point out the bad however they always forget the good. Thanks again Barbara I hope next time you find an accommodation that fits your needs. We are sorry we couldn’t make ours that for you and your family. All the best to you and your family for the rest of 2023 Cheers

Anthony Grew up swimming at the beautiful beaches of Australia that being Bondi Beach in Sydney. Barry was in the US Coast Guards so hence he loves the water too. We are both family orientated people. We love having happy people in our home. We want you to make it feel like your home too.

Our property is situated in the beautiful Ko Olina Resort area. So far away from the Hussle and Bussle of Waikiki. The resort area has so much to offer you for your holiday. There are 4 safe swimming lagoon areas within walking distance of our condo. There are also local restaurants to sample with the most amazing atmosphere and food that the Aloha spirit has to offer. Our condo is comfortable, clean has everything you need for your stay to be prefect for you Also, for the area is affordable

Our condo has a lot of unique benefits. We have Smart TV'S in every bedroom including the lounge room. The music lovers we have you covered as well. We have a digital piano and guitar in the lounge room for the budding musician. We are also close to the communal pool area. We have a Vehicle which we Turo with any booking for you whilst you stay with us. As you know rental cars can be expensive and unattainable in Hawaii.
So that is just a few of the Benefits our condo has to offer you.
