Just like the good old days!

Absolutely loved our stay. Stepping out on the balcony brought back the memories of stays in Panama City when us adults were teenagers. Would definitely go back! So clean and comfortable! And the best view of the sunset!

Our stay went well; location is convenient to local restaurants and the grocery store so that's a plus when you have multiple children. The Shores is going through some much needed updates, which should include their parking deck system-- it was broken most of the trip. Parking spots are TIGHT. The unit itself was clean but could use some new rugs and updating. It was not as spacious as we thought it would be but we made it work. Overall, Sail Away was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would recommend whomever they have cleaning the unit get the mold out of the washing maching, front loaders are notorious for this.

Great location and view

We had a great stay at Shores of Panama 323. The view was great and exactly as pictured online. The condo was beautifully decorated. Check in process was easy. Super handy to have the reserved parking and on the same floor as the condo. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen did not have a lot of supplies, but otherwise everything was perfect. Owners always answered questions quickly. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Great property and unit with caution

Caution no TV in master, no hand soap in bathrooms, requested new towels and never received them, the ones in unit needed to be retired, no understanding of bands and parking cost in listing, no 3rd bathroom its only a half bath. Other than the cautions great property and unit was a good find.

Lot of work being done

The room was as described. Did not notice in pictures but no TV in master bedroom. Facility was nice and has great potential, however our week had a lot of maintenance being done. The front lobby was closed, the pool was getting work done on it so it was drained and closed. (Weather was not the best for using it anyway) Work was being done on the balconies' (which was known) not this unit. Since most of the common area was closed, did not really walk around the property much. Went from garage to room. Would most likely stay here again if going to Baseball Fest.

Too much/not enough

This place feels very hectic for our tastes. The elevator was slow, the whole place felt loud and busy vs calm. The whole building seemed to need maintenance. Chris, a maintenance person there was very helpful when our door lock needed batteries. This unit, which sleeps eight only had three coffee cups. I also wish it had some non-breakable dishes/cups for kids. The bathroom rugs appeared dirty and there was a false eyelash stuck to the throw blanket in the living room. The unit is very nicely decorated. The pool was pretty, just super cold considering it is October. The beach was super crowded. The parking spaces are super tight and take serious talent to park if you have a larger vehicle. We will choose a smaller, more maintained, more friendly, less busy resort in the future.

Great Condo- Horrible Staff

The property is beautiful as was our condo. However, we will never book at this property again because of the staff at the property. They are unhelpful, speak to you as if you are bothering them anytime you ask a question.I understand the need for rules, so the property is maintained and everyone is kept calm and safe. However, they make up rules as they go. (i.e. You cannot hang your feet in the pool or the hot tub, you have to get all the way in.) The parking gate code was not working upon arrival and they made the entire street of traffic back up and made us go around even though we had all parking passes with us. They seem to have some sort of a power trip going on at all times. I loved the condo and property but the staff ruined any chance of a return from our family and from what I could tell by the other upset guests, they won’t be returning either.
