This room provides direct access to the great room, an airy and open space destined to become your family’s go-to gathering spot as you watch cable TV from comfy couches and two ceiling fans lazily circle above. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make planning and preparing meals an easy delight. Plus, you can look forward to enjoying those meals together at a beautiful, huge live-edge table that seats ten and an eat-at counter that accommodates four more. Step outside to discover a screened-in porch with a picnic table and multiple wraparound decks to enjoy the fresh air, ocean breezes and magnificent stargazing.

Best of all is I’M NOT SHORE’s location — just 250 feet to the ocean beach and easily accessible to the fishing and watersport-friendly waters of Pamlico Sound. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
