This home is not currently participating in the Tahoe Donner Guest Pass program. As such, guests at this home are not able to use the Tahoe Donner Amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Buitiful scenery, Go to Ajax for breakfast. Very good place to eat..

Not baby proof, so check every where in the condo to be safe, also take bug spray…

Very cute condo

Well-located condo in quiet complex right next to a convenience store and short walk to Rec Center. Well-appointed kitchen and compact but lovely living/dining floorplan. Only wish: the hot tub is at the Rec Center and charges 24 per person. So, 3 of us spent nearly 75 to spend an hour in the hot tub. I really wish this wasn't advertised as "a nominal fee." While not the owners fault that the Rec center only offers one per-day fee covering all their offerings, I would ask that the owners all throughout the Tahoe Donner area protest to this Rec center and ask it to create an a la carte pricing structure to accommodate skiers who don't have all day to take yoga classes, etc. at their facility, but instead want to just use it apres-ski for a short duration.

Great condo but has heating issues!

This place is very pretty and was sparkling clean. Beds are very comfortable, the shower was fantastic and you can’t beat the location. Right next to the rec center area and being right next door to the cute Z Market was very convenient. We highly recommend their sandwiches! However, there is one big problem. The heating is terrible! There is only one heating vent and it’s right by the front door. So right inside the front door is warm, but that’s it! The heat does not travel to the rest of the house.The upstairs has a gas fireplace, but we had the heat cranked to the high 70s and the bedrooms were still ice cold—and I mean ICE COLD! There’s also an issue that the heater keeps defaulting to 55 degrees. I assume that’s the setting for when no one is there. We called Vacasa,and someone came right away. He was very nice and tried to fix the heating unit to stop going to 55°, and they also brought space heaters. Unfortunately, we did keep having to monitor the unit as it would automatically drop down to 55° at least once a day. The rooms are on the cozy side, so using the space heaters was helpful. But I would definitely not stay here again in the cold months unless we were assured of having lots of space heaters or a working heat system!

Great place, easy access to parking lot

Nice place, comfortable, kitchen well equipped, very clean, and while we didn't use it this time, being a part of Tahoe Donner gives you access to the recreation facilities. Would definitely visit again, enjoyed the experience.

Cozy Stay while skiing

Cozy condo unit that seems to be recently renovated. We came here to ski at Boreal and near by ski areas for 2 days and this unit in donner is well located. The marketplace that is walkable distance is also a great plus. The unit had all the necessities and a fully stocked kitchen with utensils that helps. There is only one full bathroom with shower, the other is a half bath which worked for us ( family of 3)

Not responsible home owner

Rood was under construction during stay without any notice. And what I heard is ‘since it’s done by HOA and owner was not aware of neither, there’s nothing wring with neither Vacasa nor homeowner.’ And there’s construction trash around property and tools which was very dangerous for kids, so we can play outside.

Great stay for small group

We loved this condo for a short getaway! It was very clean and comfortable for our group. We especially loved the guest access (w/ fee) to the rec center that was right next door. The only challenge we had was regulating the temperature for the unit during our stay, but not a major issue.

Beautiful, well equipped

This was a gorgeous space, thoughtfully decorated, comfortable, bright and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Location was really convenient. Beds were very comfortable and warm. It was sparkling clean everywhere. Things that may be worth considering depending on your needs- main bathroom has a (great) shower and toilet inside the room but sink is outside the room and is located in a main entry space. Handy in some ways, uncomfortable in others depending on your group. The downstairs heater next to the bedrooms is extremely loud though you could turn it way down at night if not too cold. We picked the area thinking it backed onto forest and the kids could play in the snow but an angry man came to the door telling us off (our kids are not loud and were only outside about 15 minutes). So don't count on easy informal snowplay access out your door. Windows look onto the fairly quiet parking area, outside decks have more trees view. Small issue with front door lock, calling Vacasa sorted it easily.

Nice condo, could use some small upgrades in the kitchen

The kitchen could use better pots and pans and a griddle to make pancakes. The place is small to sleep and house six adults. Some of the towels smell like wet dog. Needs more kitchen towels including a cleaning rag for kitchen counters and stove
