Aloha, E komo mai! Welcome! Come enjoy a relaxing stay at our comfortable smoke free condo. We have free secure high speed wireless Internet and cable tv. It is a five minute walk from our front door to lovely warm waters of the Pacific Ocean on Charley Young Beach which has an amazing view of Kahoolawe and Molokini.

We have everything you need to make your visit to Maui memorable. All you need is a carry on because we provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, and noodles. If you just want a dip in the pool, we are steps away from one of three pools on the property. Also for your convenience, three sparkling bar-b-que areas are available. If you are a tennis player, then you will be pleased to know that six tennis courts are available as well.

The full kitchen has recently been remodeled. The kitchen also includes a, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and oodles of pots, pans, and utensils. We have even installed a water purifier on the sink for all of your cooking, coffee, iced tea, and drinking, it’s great. Eat your meals at the bar or while relaxing outside on the lanai.

We have a king size bed with an extra thick pillow top. After a day of sun and fun it’s wonderful to sink down onto this mattress and dream about the extraordinary sights of Maui. We even provide an air-conditioner in the bedroom. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and a fully stocked linen closet.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. You can relax in the comfy Lazy-E-Boy recliner as you watch cable on the 42' LCD TV. If you are hot, the living room air-conditioner will cool you off quickly.

Kihei is a desirable location for all activities and is within walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and a whole host of water activities..

We are dedicated to making sure our guests spend their time on Maui in a clean comfortable condo!

Excellent stay

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the beach. Early morning breakfast on lanai is a great way to start the day.

Amazing Stay

This condo is perfect for two people. It was clean, well organized and the owner promptly responded to any questions that we had. And, a lovely beach was just across the road. We love Maui!

Excellent property

This is a perfect place for a family of 4. It’s fright across from a beach which has good swimming and decent snorkeling. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The actual condo property is nice and the pool is great. I’d stay here again if we went back to Maui.

Much needed getaway

We have stayed at Maui Vista a lot of times and really love this condo. It is well stocked and in an awesome location across from Charlie Young beach. The lay out was very thought out and very comfortable. We will be staying here again. I highly recommend this unit and the Kihae area!!

Great Location

We always stay at Maui Vista, great location, walking distance to coffee, shopping, and lovely beaches. This unit is situated in a great location in the complex, its at the end of the hallway so you do not have any noise at all. Would stay again for sure.

Great spot - awesome owners

Wonderful Rental

Perfect spot on the island. Great beaches across the street and walking distance to shops and food. The unit was clean and well kept up. Easily was enough space for 3 of us. Check I'm and contacting the owner was simple and easy. Would for sure rent again.

Awesome condo and location

The condo is great! The bed and the sleeper sofa are comfortable and the kitchen has all that you need. There is also a good assortment of beach gear, chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, etc. The location is perfect. It’s right across the street from Charley Young beach and easy walking distance to groceries and restaurants. We’ve stayed in Kihei before and this location was the most centralized.

Wonderful stay in Kihei

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Rebecca was a great host and quick to answer any questions along the way. The condo had everything we needed - beach chairs, a cooler bag, beach towels, snorkel gear, etc. the condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the location right across from the beach and within walking distance of the shops, but it was still a quiet area. Thank you!

Great stay

Everything about the condo was exactly as advertised. Rebecca was great at keeping in contact and up to date on covid restrictions. I had several flight delays/cancelations when en route to Maui and she was very sweet and accommodating, which took a lot of extra stress off me. I would definitely stay here again. It was so nice to walk across the street to the ocean every morning. Thank you!

Maui 2024

The condo was ideally located across from a beach. Restaurants and groceries were a short drive away. The BBQ facility was always clean as was the pool area. Definitely good value property. An upgrade of cooking pots and pans would be an asset. The beach chairs and other water sport items were a pleasant surprise.

Good stay

Rebecca was great at communicating and giving details, but I found the property to be a little "dated". The laundry unit was tiny and required 3 loads to do our sheets and towels, and AC units where loud and clunky. In spite of that, I think this was a pretty good value for a property so beachside adjacent.

Aloha Eugene, I want to make sure I communicate with my guests and be available to answer any of their questions. The mini-split AC in the living room was installed in April of 2021. We left just prior to your arrival, and that AC is very quite. The condo is quite small, 588 sq. ft, so the laundry area is limited as to the size of washer and dryer that can fit in the small space. I grew up playing on the beaches of Southern California, so I had a natural love for the ocean and the beach. Although my husband is a Texas native, he too loves the ocean and the beach. The minute we stepped off the plane in Maui for the first time we knew that we were destined to buy a second home here. We love Maui, and are thrilled with every visit. As soon as we return home we book our next trip. We hope you will love Hawaii, and especially, Maui, as much as we do.

We chose to buy our condo in Kihei because it is so centrally located. Kihei has a unique blend of tourists and residents. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and most importantly, the beach!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our condo is in the first building at the far end, making it much quieter. We overlook the pool and have some ocean view, which we love. We usually eat on the lanai to take advantage of the view. We hope you will enjoy the view as well.
