3 Bedroom Windswept Villa on the Beach

Unit fully renovated. Look out bedroom windows each morning to the beach and ocean. Enjoy the two balconies with ocean view, updated furnishings and state of the art kitchen and bathrooms. This villa is popular throughout the year.

With two king-size beds and two twin beds, we can accommodate families as well as couples and golf groups. Updated baths include spa-like showers in 2 of the bedroom suites. Unit is served by an elevator, and is next to stairwell for easy access to the beach right in front of the building. We are located just a short walk from Night Heron Park, with its Nature Center, bicycle rentals, volleyball court and soccer field, when the beach does not beckon. (Guests will not be able to utilize the pool at Night Heron Park.) Our kids loved the hermit crabs, checking out the tide pools (the relatively flat beach makes for a huge beach at low tide), and collecting shells, as well as watching the dolphins near low tide.

Protected by a security gate, Kiawah Island is famous for its golf, its 10 mile long beach, tennis center, well-maintained plantings, water and marsh views, and wildlife, including deer, many bird varieties, and the occasional bobcat. You are sure to love the setting as much as the activities available.

Kiawah Island offers four great golf courses, including the PGA-hosting Ocean Course, miles of bike trails, a variety of restaurants on island and nearby, tennis center, dolphin watching, and many more adult and family activities. Our building is just down the beach from the Sanctuary hotel, providing nearby shops and dining experiences to enjoy.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned before each visit, and you may request additional cleanings or other services during your stay.

We have a wireless internet transmitter in our unit to provide you with a strong wi-fi connection for your laptop or phones. Netflix is available at no charge.

Villa has a washer and dryer to help you keep your clothes fresh.

We cannot permit any pets in our unit. Thank you for making other arrangements for them, before your visit.

You will love Kiawah Island, and you are sure to enjoy the sights, sounds and convenience of our beachside villa.

2 unassigned parking spaces are available in the lot next to building.

We hold a short term rental license with the Town of Kiawah Island, which is renewed each year. Current license is RBL21-000098, good through April 30, 2026.

Wonderful place right on the beach

This a wonderful property with lots of space and an absolutely beautiful location right on the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with, initiating conversations and speedy to respond when we had a question.

Beautiful property, cleanliness and communication from owner were outstanding. Located directly on the beach, 5 minute bike ride to Night Heron which my 13 yr old son loved. My favorite place to stay in Kiawah!

Amazing Kiawah Experience

The owner, Gary, is very helpful and easy to deal with and the property lived up to all expectations. Great ocean views and rare to find a three bedroom on the ocean. Easy access to all of the amenities that Kiawah has to offer. Will use again for sure.

Perfect place to stay

We loved out stay at this condo. So much space. Loved the 2 balconies overlooking the ocean. The island is gorgeous. We loved biking the beach and the island. Great bike storage under bldg. Bring a luggage cart to get bags from parking lot up to condo. Such a safe and relaxing place to visit. Wifi works great. We will definitely be back. Great communication with condo owner.

Better than pictures. Great stay

The photos don’t do this unit justice. The views are fantastic even from the second floor and the convenience of being to use the elevator or stairs is huge. We have stayed in the top floor penthouses in this building and would prefer to stay in Gary’s unit. Gary was responsive before our stay and we had no issues with check in. The unit was well maintained and has spare bulbs, vacuum , etc. ample space. We used the third bedroom and bath mainly for storage of our beach gear by the door. Both king bedrooms have ocean views. Excellent stay and hope to return.

Wonderful oceanfront Kiawah property

This property was perfect for our (over 50) girl's weekend. We loved being able to watch the sunrise from the property which was steps from the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The beds were comfortable and the streaming services on the televisions were ideal for watching movies after a day spent shopping and biking. I would definitely stay at this property on further Kiawah trips.

You can't go wrong at Windswept!

This unit is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Perfect for a multi-generational family of grandparents, parents and two kids. Steps from the beach, everything in the kitchen you could need, amazing views, perfect host. We have already booked for next year!

The Perfect Kiawah Condo

This is the perfect place for a vacation at Kiawah. The condo is in excellent shape. My daughter loved sitting in the nook overlooking the ocean. The condo has a delightful view of the ocean, the beach and the boardwalk. The nook includes a painting of the boardwalk (nice touch). The owner is friendly and helpful. The rental team at Vacasa is very responsive. The cleaning team did an excellent job of preparing the condo. My wife likes a clean condo and this place was spotless. All the appliances are in great shape and even the cookware is in good condition. The information notebook in the unit is impeccable. It’s a short walk to the beach. The decor is attractive, functional and comfortable. Having two master bedrooms, both with a view of the ocean is a great layout for families with grandparents, adult children, etc. Little things like USB chargers in the bedrooms made our stay more enjoyable.

Perfect Oceanfront Condo!

What a beautiful condo, with two oceanfront porches! Every detail was thoughtful--from the comfortable furniture to the plentiful hooks for towels to the well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious, and beach access could not be easier. Just lovely!

Perfect Vacation

The property was very clean and ready to go upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the towels were fresh. We really enjoyed the ocean view and the short walk to the beach. The unit overlooks the beach and we are just steps away from the Atlantic. We have worked to make the villa well-decorated yet relaxing. Our building is well-located on Kiawah Island, being adjacent to a major hotel and near the East Village tennis center and deli/grocery. Ideal for families, couples and groups looking to enjoy the beach and experience everything Kiawah and Charleston have to offer. Freshfields Village at the entrance to Kiawah Island offers unique shopping opportunities, a variety of restaurants and a grocery store, with prepared foods and a variety of gourmet items as well as staples. We are fortunate to have a number of families who stay with us from year to year.
