This 3 Bedroom Tidewater Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from the privacy of your own balcony. Encounter the most comfortable beach setting within a short walk to Pier Park.
The condo offers 1950 sq. ft and 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All the furniture and appliances are brand new, just purchased January 2018, creating the ultimate comfort for everyone enjoying it. The kitchen is well stocked and just remodeled with everything needed for a home made meal.
The living room is very roomy, so everyone can sit together and enjoy the breathtaking views. The unit has a full size washer and dryer.

Our stay was great. The only thing that was not good was the wait for the elevator, l don't see a way around it, independent service helped. All said the stay was excellent.

Was a nice condo if they can fix the few things wrong with it. Was miserable trying to sleep in master bedroom at night. The ac circulation in that room was terrible, and ceiling fan max speed is low. Sliding door to get to patio is extremely difficult to open and close. Please have someone paint your baseboards they're way overdue for fresh paint. Both towel racks in bathroom are barely hanging on, so glad they didn't break and fall while I was there.

The location was nice and fairly central with a great view of beautiful sunsets. The room is plain but adequate. The main beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed however, was so bad that our teen girls chose to sleep on the sofas instead of the pullout. The room is very quiet being on the beach side. Being within walking distance of Pier Park is also a nice feature.

Amazing views!! We had a great time! Thankful we didn’t spend much time in the unit. Unit was run down and needs some new furniture (couch was awful to sit on) (beds ok) (towels very old). Needs a deep clean. While we were there we saw a bed bug remediation company on site. Also WiFi was in and out and made it hard to check in for work.

Regarding the pest control service you noticed, the HOA want to reassure future guests that they proactively schedule preventative maintenance with licensed professionals as part of our routine care to maintain a clean and safe environment. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the WiFi connectivity. We understand how important reliable internet is, especially for remote work, The complex was in a process of changing the WiFi provider, which has already been completed. Great stay!

The condo was very nice and spacious. We loved the huge bathroom and everything was clean. I baked a cake for Fathers Day and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed for baking . We will definitely stay again .
