Regarding the pest control service you noticed, the HOA want to reassure future guests that they proactively schedule preventative maintenance with licensed professionals as part of our routine care to maintain a clean and safe environment. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the WiFi connectivity. We understand how important reliable internet is, especially for remote work, The complex was in a process of changing the WiFi provider, which has already been completed.
