With floor to ceiling windows and stunning views of both the bay and the Caribbean, Casa Paraiso Caribe is an idyllic retreat in Punta Sur for ocean lovers.

The ground floor is a great room overlooking a private pool and patio on the east side and a well-manicured tropical garden on the west side. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is situated next to dining for eight and a comfy living area with smart TV.

The second level has three large master suites with king size beds, each with its own en-suite bath, ample storage and awesome views.

But the rooftop terrace is the most amazing part with views of the ocean, bay, and tropical greenery abounding with coconut and banana trees. Brand new lounge furniture, plunge pool for 2-4 people and a bar area await. You can revel in both colorful sunrises and breathtaking sunsets from the terrace.

The property is gated with a two-vehicle driveway and includes extensive kitchen supplies.

It was perfect!

This place had anything and everything we could need. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean! Perfect location! Perfect for watching the sunrise!

Beautiful property with stunning views! The rooftop with 360 view were incredible to watch the sunrise and sunsets. Quietly located on the south end of the island. Would definitely book this property again, must stay!

Comfortable home with unbeatable view

Spacious home with all the amenities located on the quiet side of the island. We loved our stay; from morning coffee overlooking the Caribbean Sea to refreshing dips in the pool this was a wonderful get-away!

Quiet neighborhood

Quiet side of island. First time house opened in a while. Property manager quickly addressed any requests we had and tried to fix anything that was broken very quickly.

Nice vacation

We enjoyed the property with our family, five adults in total. New owners so its evident that they haven't had a chance to stock it, could have definitely had more utensils, etc. They were gracious enough to give us a little bit of a discount for the hassle of re-booking with them. Overall i would recommend this property.

Fun mom and daughter trip

House was nice and viewed just like pictures. The sliding door downstairs was partially broken so it stayed hot and humid downstairs during our stay. The house manager was very nice and responded quickly. The master shower is wide open with no curtains or anyway to block out being completely seen by everyone outside, but the shower it’s self is very nice.

Great owner and property manager

Overall we had a fine stay. The location and views are amazing and the house was extremely clean. Things wish I knew before booking: > Shower water is luke warm (at best, and only for 30 secs at a time) definitely NOT hot. > The hot tub does not work > The clothes dryer does not work - we were told It does not work, then it worked briefly, and then stopped working again > You cannot flush TP or anything in the toilet > the pool was too cold to swim while we were there (December) If you are ok with the above, this is a great place- very secluded and safe. Cande the property manager is extremely responsive and friendly. Kitchen is well stocked. Drinking water is provided.

Jenifer - thank you so much for choosing Casa Paraiso Caribe for your vacation stay. We understand you had some issues during your stay and that thankfully, our property manager, Cande, provided immediate response to assist. The water does get very hot, but can run out quickly if running all 3 showers at one time. Thank you for the note on the dryer. It was in working condition for the previous guests so we will check on that. Flushing anything but human waste down the toilets on the island is not advised due to the plumbing and sewage facilities. There is no hot tub. The plunge pool on the rooftop is only a pool even though the size of a hot tub. I will make a note of these items in our welcome guide so future travelers are aware. Again, we so appreciate your feedback and hope your stay overall was fantastic!

Great Start to 2025!

This is the third property we have stayed in on Isla Mujeres; however this was our first time during the winter holidays. For the money at peak time of year it is a great property and we were lucky to find it! Pros: The rooftop view was hard to beat. Pretty much a 360 view of the island (from the southern end). The beds are extremely comfortable in all three rooms. The kitchen was large, open and well-equipped with updated appliances and basics including drinking water. Secure, gated parking for a golf cart. Most importantly Conde, the host, was extremely helpful, responsive and close by for questions/concerns.Cons: Only two beach towels in the house, we ended up purchasing some. Not great water pressure comparatively. The location of the property is a bit obscure, cab drivers were unfamiliar with the property. The road to the property had large ruts and made driving on it difficult until the last day of our stay when more gravel was brought in. The information we received in an email from VRBO did not match the notebook at the house creating confusion about the Wi-Fi info and a few of the amenities.There was a lot of work being done to the property next door so at no point could we open the blinds or be outside without feeling like we had an audience. Additionally there is a window in the master shower with no covering, very uncomfortable considering the constant presence of workers and other guests/residents going by.All things considered, we would stay here again.

There should be at minimum 1 beach towel per guest located in each bedroom. We will make sure to alert the housekeeping staff. Thankfully, the road to the house has been filled in, but due to the caliche material, it gets washed out regularly with rains. Again, thank you for staying at Casa Paraiso Caribe. This is a lovely property and yes, the views are great. This was my 4th time to Isla Mujeres. I prefer the southern end of the island because it's less crowded, but that means getting a taxi or cash can be difficult. Get some cash in town because there's only one ATM on the south end and it's always empty. A taxi ride to the northern end should be about 150-200 MXN. You can find a taxi at Punta Sur a few block from this house, during business hours.
