Private Villa on the beach in Sac Bajo

Located on the Sac Bajo Peninsula on Isla Mujeres, you will enjoy a private lovely vacation in a safe and friendly environment.

The Villa at Quinta Ixchel is set up to accommodate adult individual travelers or couples looking for a romantic get away. You'll find everything you need in this newly remodeled and delightfully decorated villa. There is a small kitchen with a 2-burner stove; microwave, coffeepot, a king-size bed, gas BBQ grill, smart TV, heated salt-water pool, WiFi Internet - Your home away from home!

The main house of Quinta Ixchel is located on the same property next to the Villa. When on the island, my father stays at the main house and you will find him to be helpful for advice about the island. At the back of the property is one other very small house where the caretaker, Poli and his wife, Gladys, live. They are wonderful people who you would only see when they are cleaning the pool, raking the beach or watering the plants. Gladys is also an incredible cook. If you would like to have her cook food for you, she would love to do so for an extra fee. They take great pride and are very protective of our property - we are very lucky to have them. Thanks to them and the privacy of the house,  the property is very secure. There are also surveillance cameras on the property for the safety of everyone.

We also have a new dock in the lagoon with a beautiful palapa to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails!

It is located in the Sac Bajo neighborhood of the island, close to Villa Rolandis and Dolphin Discovery. It is very easy to catch a taxi in front of the house for a short ride to town.

The Villa is equipped with two sets of sliding glass doors that open completely to the outside on both sides to expand your living experience. Under the private palapa, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the pool and turquoise ocean, private beach, kayaks, and Cancun skyline. The villa is the perfect place for morning walks on the beach and faces west for beautiful sunsets.

We also have a generator that fully powers the entire property, including ACs.

If you love the ocean, this is an excellent chance to experience it. The views from the patios are remarkable and just a few steps away, your private beach and lounge chairs awaits you.

For safety and security, the Villa and pool are exclusively for our guests.
