The condo is in Serano, one of three elegant towers constructed to the highest standards of amenity, comfort and security. The communal areas of Serano include a spacious ground floor sitting room tastefully furnished and includes two big-screen plasma TVs plus a pool table and bar. The ground floor also houses a private home-movie theatre, plus a fully-equipped gym. Wifi is available in the communal areas. There are two immaculate guest suites available if you wish to accommodate extra guests, available at $120 per room per night (subject to change) (max 7 nights).

The whole building is covered by a key fob security system and the unit has a private elevator entrance plus a concierge service for your convenience.

Set amongst the palms and a manicured garden is a large swimming pool with private cabanas and a hot tub. Alongside is an area that houses two stainless steel BBQ grills and seating where you can enjoy the adjoining water fountain. A ground floor covered parking space, situated in one of the closest spots to the main lobby, is reserved for your car.

This air-conditioned second-floor condo is furnished and decorated in light pastel shades for that relaxed holiday feeling. There is every modern convenience including a large TV on HD cable in the lounge, flat screens in the master bedroom and den, plus wi-fi. The master bedroom has a king-size double and the second bedroom has twin beds. The den has a single bed plus sofa bed. The spacious en-suite master bathroom is complemented by a smaller bathroom serving the second bedroom. The west-facing balcony is ideal for alfresco dining, offering the wonder of a palm-fringed Florida sun setting over the everglades.
