The entire condo was clean and the view was exactly as displayed. Condo had no issues and proximity to Coligny plaza is excellent. Check in process was easy. Would for sure stay here again.

Great location on main beach/Coligny. Walking distance to shops , food, beach bars. Nice ocean view from the balcony. Enjoyed our stay.

Beachwood Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very quiet small complex. Room was on the smaller side, but all we needed. Oceanfront, beach access, pool.

Unit had a great ocean view and was clean and appeared as listed. It is slightly dated. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working either and we weren’t notified beforehand.

We overall had a great stay! The views from the condo were absolutely amazing, and the location is perfect—just steps away from the pool, the beach, and downtown Coligny. The management company was also highly responsive and helpful throughout our trip.That said, the condo itself could use some attention. The interior is quite outdated, and the living room furniture is in need of a deep clean. Fortunately, these issues weren't deal-breakers for us, but a few updates would really elevate the experience.

I had a great time again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wonderful week in Hilton Head

This condo is in a perfect location to the pool, beach, shopping and eating. Everything you needed was there. Nice furnishings and liked that it was gated. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. Exterior of builing & pool well maintained and the inside was exactly as described. It was nice to see lots of hooks up (to hang all the bathing suits and towels) and all the extra towels that was supplied. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. View from the balcony was perfect!

Great location TheBeach in front of us was not crowded even for 4th of July The public beach just above us was packed. Will stay here again

Beautiful view, but the property needs updating. The master bathroom needs a new shower, and the appliances and kitchenware items are very outdated and worn. We ended up using disposable items during our stay. Bedding and soft goods need a refresh as well. The floors looked updated, and again-the view was incredible as well as the short walk to the beach and pool. One of the two washer and dryers at the building was closed, so there was very limited laundry availability. Televisions need updating as well-they didn’t function super well and are tiny. Mostly easy fixes to make this property amazing, and just a few larger scale renovations needed.

Perfect location

View is worth the stay. Location is great. Condo was very clean. But it is very dated. Furniture is old and uncomfortable.

Spring Break 2022

Easy booking and check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pictures are outdated, rooms and TV’s have been upgraded. Easy access to beach and pool. Planning on booking again for future vacations.

Great place

We had a wonderful time staying in Hilton Head. This specific property we did not stay at because there was a problem with the air conditioning unit. The real estate company provided us with a different property down the street at no extra cost. Both locations were close to the beach, shopping, parks and other amenities.
