This second-floor oceanfront villa on South Forest Beach Drive features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds.

The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper. Enjoy your favorite shows on three flat-screen TVs (in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom) and free Wi-Fi

Relax on the private balcony accessible from both the master bedroom and living room, where you can savor breathtaking views of the beach and pool, and marvel at the sunrises and sunsets. This villa is also conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and dining options. Laundry facilities are available on two floors of the complex for your convenience.

Beachwood Place offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.


Parking Notes: The Beachwood Place limits parking to one car per unit, with no street parking allowed. Parking passes are required. Please note that boat, golf cart, and trailer parking is not permitted.

We overall had a great stay! The views from the condo were absolutely amazing, and the location is perfect—just steps away from the pool, the beach, and downtown Coligny. The management company was also highly responsive and helpful throughout our trip.That said, the condo itself could use some attention. The interior is quite outdated, and the living room furniture is in need of a deep clean. Fortunately, these issues weren't deal-breakers for us, but a few updates would really elevate the experience.

My only caveat is kitchen cutlery. If you plan on cooking and cutting vegetables, bring your own knife

Beautiful view, but the property needs updating. The master bathroom needs a new shower, and the appliances and kitchenware items are very outdated and worn. We ended up using disposable items during our stay. Bedding and soft goods need a refresh as well. The floors looked updated, and again-the view was incredible as well as the short walk to the beach and pool. One of the two washer and dryers at the building was closed, so there was very limited laundry availability. Televisions need updating as well-they didn’t function super well and are tiny. Mostly easy fixes to make this property amazing, and just a few larger scale renovations needed.

Excellent location, we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. Exterior of builing & pool well maintained and the inside was exactly as described. It was nice to see lots of hooks up (to hang all the bathing suits and towels) and all the extra towels that was supplied. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. View from the balcony was perfect!

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

This condo is in a perfect location to the pool, beach, shopping and eating. Everything you needed was there. Nice furnishings and liked that it was gated. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

View is worth the stay. Location is great. Condo was very clean. But it is very dated. Furniture is old and uncomfortable.

Great place

We had a wonderful time staying in Hilton Head. This specific property we did not stay at because there was a problem with the air conditioning unit. The real estate company provided us with a different property down the street at no extra cost. Both locations were close to the beach, shopping, parks and other amenities.

Easy booking and check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pictures are outdated, rooms and TV’s have been upgraded. Easy access to beach and pool. Planning on booking again for future vacations.

Great condo with view of beach

We have stayed beachside at Beechwood Place several times over the years. This unit is by far the best one to date. Although the condos are laid out the same, this owner was smart with selection and positioning of couches and tables so that the unit felt updated, fresh and more spacious.
