The fully equipped kitchen boasts an inviting island with bar seating for two, perfect for enjoying casual breakfasts or chatting while preparing meals. Gather around the dining table set for six, or relax in the living room, ideal for gatherings, game nights, or cocktails. The main level bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed and ensuite full bathroom, providing a tranquil retreat after a day of adventure.

Upstairs: Elevated luxury
Ascend to the upper level to discover the second primary bedroom and third bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms for added convenience. The second primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, providing the ultimate in relaxation. The third bedroom features two twin-size canopy beds and another ensuite full bathroom, perfect for the little ones or additional guests.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

*Olympic size pool (heated in cooler months)
*Poolside Cabanas (additional cost)
*Gym (classes at additional cost)

We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
