Master features Queen post bed with new foam Queen mattress, open bath area with bidet and sliding glass doors accessing wrap around balcony and wall mounted smart HD TV. Junior Suite also features a Queen bed w/foam mattress and adjacent full bath that also opens to hallway as guest bathroom. Whether you're boaters or non boaters you'll have plenty to do at home and away. North/South exposure offers a pleasant cool and shady afternoon on deck. Boat lift is available with additional security deposit. Easy access to nearby loading docks for small or big boats. Our 60 ft dock offers a large 14,000lb remote control boat lift suitable for boats up to 36 feet and additional space to keep jet ski or other small vessels tied to dock. Fish station on lower dock and outdoor shower to quickly cool off and clean off prior to entering hot tub....a must! PLEASE!! Heated shower located side of home by hot tub for washing prior to entering hot tub. This requirement is very important not only for your own enhanced experience but for the well-being and sanitation of tub for your party and all other guests. You will also find a round blue table that open upward to reveal cooler to keep drinks cold and enhance your outdoor dining/entertainment enjoyment.
