Subject to VRBO damage claim policies, you are responsible and will be charged for (1) any damage or loss that occurs at the Property during your stay; (2) a charge for violating the pet policy (3) an additional cleaning fee (or the actual cost of cleaning services if greater), for violations of any the guest policies above or for excessive cleaning required by the acts or omissions of any Occupant during your stay (4) Any damage to the building, recreation facilities or any other common area of the building caused by the guest, will be guest's responsibility (5) Guests using the Swimming pool or Beach do so at their own risk since the pool & beach area are not staffed with lifeguards (6) Parking pass are req'd; vehicles without a parking pass are subject to be towed at the guests' expense (7) If traveling with small children, supervision & accountability is the responsibility of their parents and guardian.
