Pelican Walk 308 is a BEAUTIFULLY Remodeled 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath Beach front condo located right on the GULF overlooking the beach and the west side pool. Wake-up to stunning views from the Master bedroom king size bed! Easy access to the pool and beach! This condo is one of the nicest at Pelican Walk and includes free beach chairs seasonally March - October!

Pelican Walk 308 has a spacious, open floor plan with amazing Gulf views from the living room, dining area, kitchen and Master bedroom. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the expansive wrap-around Balcony. It is the perfect spot to watch dolphins playing in the Gulf and the kids playing in the pool! In addition to the master bedroom, there are two guest bedrooms. The guest bedrooms share an adjoining bath with a custom tile shower. Guest bedroom #1 has a King size bed and Guest bedroom #2 has 2 queen beds. This 3 Bedroom condo is perfect for families!

The furniture on the balcony was nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The mattress in the primary bedroom was a little too soft for me. Third bedroom does not have any windows.

So without hesitation I chose Pelican Walk!! I knew they would love it here as much as I do! So much so that they already booked for October! This was our first time staying in Unit #308 and we were very impressed! The condo is just beautiful!! The big deck has very nice furniture. And the view is unbelievable!!Everyone said the beds were very comfortable. Loved the big bathrooms! Everything was Perfect!!Thank you to the staff at Pelican Walk for ALWAYS making our stay GREAT!!!

The staff from booking until departure was great. The room was spotless they allowed an early check-in to accommodate one of our guest Alzheimer’s. All the staff and employees we friendly and accommodating. The BBQ grills worked they have both gas and charcoal. The pools were spotless ( cleaned every morning. The landscaping was perfect. Check-in and check out is so easy. I can’t say enough positive about the place. We will be back

My family loved the communal beach accessories which was nice not having to buy them just for the week. This is definitely our go to place next time we visit. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been staying at Pelican Walk in PCB for over 20 years. We are always impressed by the updated beachfront condos and extensive amenities that the complex offers our large extended family. This year’s trip was no exception and we enjoyed our relaxing summer vacation in mid July. The management staff goes above and beyond to take care of everything, and we find the condos to be extremely clean and well equipped for our needs. More importantly they feel less like a one week rental and more like a home away from home especially now that we have young children to accommodate. We look forward to each trip because of the professionalism and courtesy of the Pelican Walk staff. From the ocean views on each balcony to the lounge chairs at the beach, it’s easy to relax and enjoy life when you’re listening to the waves, feeling the sun on your face and squishing your toes in the sand. We cannot recommend them enough! If your PCB trip includes a stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

When the smoke alarm started beeping they were quick to send the maintenance man to fix the issue. As always, he was kind and helpful! The property is well maintained and clean. We have been coming to Pelican Walk for 40 years. We enjoyed our first stay in 308. It has been beautifully updated and was also clean with great views.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the condo on time, check in went very well, we were a group of 7, we were in town for a wedding. One of the three bedrooms did not have a window or closet, the room was very dark and small with 2 queen beds, not very good if you are even a little claustrophobic, this detail really should be in the description. Around 5:00 we lost all water in the building, did not get restored until 11:00, we were not given any notice of this before or after, 7 people needing to get ready for wedding activities after a long drive in, water was very much needed. The next day on Saturday the handle on the toilet broke off and we had to reach in and flush the toilet from inside back of tank. I called management about these issues but all I got was answering service and no one ever called me back. This was a very nice unit and would have been a great stay under different circumstances
