Pelican Walk 112 is a beautifully renovated 1600 square foot BEACH Front, Poolside, Ground floor 3 Bedroom condo right on the Gulf of Mexico! The BEACH views are simply AMAZING! The pool and beach are just steps from the patio. FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service on the beach included seasonally March through October, as a THANK YOU for booking 112!

This condo is perfect for families with children! The Gulf front patio has NEW Polywood outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking view or watch the kids play in the pool. Staying on the ground floor is easy access to the hot tub, pool, beach, and all of the Pelican Walk amenities! This ground floor location also means NO waiting for elevators! And, FREE parking is just up and walk right in!

The all NEW reclining sofa, love seat, and chairs were just added to the living area in 2023 and provides plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to sit back and relax on vacation! The recently remodeled kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to cook for the FAMILY! The bedrooms have a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. All TV's are new smart TV's and WiFi connected. There are 2 full bathrooms and a full size washer & dryer in the laundry area.

Pelican Walk is located on Thomas Dr. close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have numerous amenities: FREE Parking, FREE high-speed internet, two (2) gulf front swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickle ball, racquetball, shuffleboard, gas and barbecue grill areas, and more!

Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are there 7 days per week and are more than happy to assist you with anything you may need. Their goal is to ensure you have an enjoyable, memorable beach vacation!

Family vacation for 2025

Good room/facility: trouble in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the condo. It did everything we needed it too. Could use some updating as bathrooms look like they haven't been touched since '93 when built. Notably the shower heads are low and I have to bend down to use them. Other condo owners can be difficult at times but overall we enjoyed our stay and rebooked the same condo for next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time in PCB was wonderful, this unit, not so much. The good is that this unit is very convenient coming in and out since it’s on the first floor. That was really what I liked about it. Overall this unit needs some updates. The ceiling tiles in the master bath were being leaked on from the unit above us. Maintenance was very prompt in replacing the tiles, however the leak above soiled the replaced tiles while we were there. Some of the silverware was rusted. The walls and baseboards need a good deep clean, or better yet an update. The unit just seemed dingy. At approximately 3 am each morning the garbage truck (or whoever is clearing the dumpster just outside the master bedroom) will make loud noises and wake you. One of the back patio doors doesn’t lock, which left me somewhat uncomfortable being on the first floor. We love staying at Pelican Walk, but most likely will not book this unit again.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear you experienced wet ceiling tiles and appreciate you letting us know so we could address the issue! It turns out, the unit above had a leak in the shower and leaked in to 112. The leak is being repaired. New silverware has been ordered. The patio door lock has been repaired. Unfortunately, being so close to the beach and Gulf, the salt air corrodes the door locks. Even in brand new patio sliding doors. In the future, please let us know about any cleaning issues. We have a 24 hour cleaning guarantee and will send housekeeping back to fix anything they missed. This is outlined in your check-in Welcome packet.

PERFECT LOCATION!!!

The view from the condo and the location to the pool and beach is incredible. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative is the spare bathroom is very small and needs updating, the bedrooms are all so big and the beds were very comfortable.

Pelican Walk...Our favorite spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all my review is not meant to reflect on Anchor Management in no way. They are super friendly and professional. With that being said, the unit was not what I had experienced with the last two rentals. With a family group we love to cook, but their cookware is way below substandard. What cookware was available was old, warped, and scratched. The grooves in the living room flooring make it difficult to remove dirt and sand. An electric broom/vacuum would help. Bring your own can opener. The 1st floor location was great except for the bright walkwaylight that keeps the master bedroom lit. Poor lighting in the master bath. We had an issue with a clogged kitchen sink on Sunday, but it was taken care of by the great maintenance personnel. This was our 3rd year staying at Pelican Walk and we love the general propertybut this particular unit was a bit disappointing. Once again, this review is strictly on the unit, NOT Anchor Management.

The kitchen is well equipped and we liked the improvements made from last year's stay. We were fortunate to get to meet the owner of this condo. She was very congenial as well as all the staff in the office and maintenance personnel. The only suggestions for improvement would be to update the bathrooms and for new mattresses. Overall, great place to stay.
