PET FRIENDLY Condo on Thomas Drive in PCB! Stay Right on the BEACH in our 7th floor 2 bedroom - 2 bath 1450 square foot Gulf Front condo in beautiful Panama City Beach, FL. The view is AMAZING!

Nestled on the quiet end of Thomas Drive and close to St. Andrew's State State Park, Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beaches most FAMILY & PET Friendly condominiums. Pelican Walk is one of only a few condominium properties in Panama City Beach that let you bring your DOG or Cat! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) pets per condo with a weigh of 20 lbs or under per pet. *Pet fee is $150/pet per stay charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association.

Pelican Walk 706 - Is a Family & Pet Friendly BEACH FRONT condo with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms! The open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room provides plenty of room for FUN with the FAMILY! The BEST part is truly the view of the blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico. The SPACIOUS Balcony is the perfect place to take in the sunset or watch dolphins playing in the ocean! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook and there is also a washer and dryer in the condo. There is a King bed in the primary bedroom, 2 queen size beds in second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area! Sleeps 8.

Pelican Walk has two private pools- one heated seasonally October through April, two outdoor grilling areas with gas and charcoal grills, FREE parking, FREE WIFI, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, a unique hot tub atrium, dry saunas, and more. Interested in dining out? Just across the street is Gypsea Crepes, Waffle House, Outlaw's Barbeque! A few of PCB's favorite local hot spots; Hershey's Beach Ice Cream, Finn's, Schooner's, Capt. Jack's Crab Leg's Buffet, and Captain Anderson's are all with in 1-2 miles. Pelican Walk's location is convenient to family fun, restaurants, shopping, fishing, mini-golf, race-cars, and so much more! The Pelican Walk staff are on-site to assist you at anytime through out your stay!

What a view!

Our stay was amazing. The property was well kept. The staff was very friendly. Our rental was extremely clean and comfortable. The place could use an update.

Beautiful beach view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo and view. The twin beds squeaked and were not comfortable. The kitchen needs more pot holders, and baking sheets. The coffee maker may need new one, coffee grinds in each cup. Also, need a Better can opener. Salt, pepper. The balcony could use long lounge chairs for rest. Just some fyi.. Overall, the unit was comfortable and we enjoyed our time there! We would want to come again. May be interested in a month in Sept or October with good rates.

We loved the magnificent view! But...the photo is deceptive in that there is a mirror wall on each side of the window making it look like the expanse of window is much larger than it actually is. My fault for not looking at the picture closely. Deck is small and crowded with uncomfortable mismatched furniture. There was no way to sit out and relax there and since it was rainy and cloudy we really longed for relaxation there where we could enjoy the view outdoors.This was the main reason for our 2 star rating. What's a trip to the beach when you can't sit comfortably on the deck? Indoor dining chairs are very uncomfortable as well. Cleanliness appeared good until we spilled something and had to wash one of the bathroom rugs. We were surprised to find that it wasn't the solid grayish blue rug that we thought it was but that it was turquoise with white palm fronds printed on it. YUCK! It made me uncomfortable about the overall cleanliness.

Reviewer Comments: I love that my family is able to bring our dog with us on vacation & still enjoy a clean pet friendly rental. Overall we were very pleased with our unit, 706. This is our second time renting at Pelican Walk. During this visit there was an issue not directly related to the unit itself but the overall property. We could smell cigarettes in our condo. It’s suppose to be a smoke free property. However when we mentioned this we were told that if a unit is owned & occupied by the owner than there was no policy regarding smoking. I do understand that BUT you can’t advertise to be smoke free and make exceptions for owner occupied units vs. rentals. I don’t want to smell cigarette’s especially while inside. The smell was prevalent in my oldest daughters room and bathroom area. We had to keep the doors closed just to keep the rest of the condo from smelling like smoke. They did send up maintenance personnel who gave us a spray can of something to mask the smell.

We have stayed in this one several years and definitely would again. The only suggestion I would give was to remove the metal plate when walking in and out from balcony. Trip hazard. View Great/ Condo Not Equipped

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was lovely (5 star). However,condo was not equipped with basic cleaning supplies ( dish soap, paper towels, mop heads(one in closet was falling apart).I had to wait 36 hours for housekeeper to bring a mop head and I had a small pet. For 1k+ for just 2 nights, cleaning supplies should be supplied. It is very inconvenient for guests to have to drive to the store because the condo was not equipped with cleaning supplies,byet they expect you to load the dishwasher even though you are paying a cleaning fee. I have stayed with this rental property many times, but this time in particular,I would give this property a 2 star rating.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures must have been taking a very long time ago. While it is the same furniture, the chairs have stains all over them, the counters and appliances have not been maintained. ALL blinds are broken and inoperable. You need sunglasses to sleep in the bedrooms at night due to the blaring building lights. The drawer the hairdryer was in was covered in some sort of petroleum jelly. I didn't know that until I grabbed the hairdryer (gross). The balcony is small and it certainly didn't help that there were 7 varieties of chairs on it. Even with only 3 people we had a hard time maneuvering. For the money we paid for for 4 nights in the offseason there are much better accommodations elsewhere on the beach.

Love all the windows and the ocean view from the island in the kitchen. Loved the layout. Clean and very sunny. Loved that we were able to view the sunset right from din8ng table.
