Budget Friendly 2 Bedroom condo! Pelican Walk 104 is a GROUND FLOOR pool side condo just steps to the sand and Gulf! Pelican Walk 104 has a KING size bed in the primary bedroom with an adjoining private bathroom. There is a FULL size bed in the second BONUS bedroom. The guest bathroom has a tub & shower!

Upon arrival, you will immediately be drawn to the breathtaking views of the Gulf from the poolside patio! Look out over the resort-style pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! You are truly just steps to the pool and beach! Our custom kitchen with counter seating opens to the living area and Gulf-front, pool-side patio where you can relax and take in the Gulf View. Unit 104 sleeps up to 5 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Full size bed in the bonus bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Everything has been completely remodeled with custom tile bathrooms, granite counters, custom cabinets, upgraded appliances Also, included in the condo is a washer/dryer and Flat screen HDTV's!

Pelican Walk is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, mini golf, go-carts, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickle ball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!!

A beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the view were hard to beat. The living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable. The kitchen only had one electrical outlet and it was on the side of the bar. Other than these few things, it was really nice, and we enjoyed our time there despite a little surf turbulence left over from hurricane Helene.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was easy, the place was nice. The master room was nice and large. The other room with the full size bed, however was not. It was super small and the pictures don’t really show that. Kitchen is very small. The community bathroom was in need of some serious work. The toilet bolts that keep it to the ground were broke off. The shower handle literally came off while I was trying to turn it on. Water pressure was ehh. The tvs in both rooms worked through cable. Unfortunately the living room tv would not work at all. The only reason this was an issue is because it rained 6 out of the 7 days I was there. For the price, I guess I would give it a C. I did love being on the first floor. Would be great for someone with kids as the pool is about 20 feet from the room!

Fall break at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our visit to the beach. Weather was perfect. The view to the ocean is so relaxing looking out. You are very close to it. The room is nice even though this is an old condo. The only problems are: recliner will not stay back. It will not hold in place (looks new) but won’t hold. Also the smaller bedroom needs a new mattress. It’s awful!!! It squeaks every time you move & it’s totally worn out. Owners should know this. Pelican Walk is very pretty outside with its landscaping.

The condo seems to be receiving updates to where almost everything is new. The patio furniture was updated nicely. We would definitely stay again!

Found a gem in Pelican Walk!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had 2 units and couldn’t have been more pleased! I’ve known about PW since it was built, and why we waited so long to stay here is beyond me! We will be coming back, hopefully for years to come! Wonderful staff all the way from house cleaning, grounds crew, maintenance, management! If you don’t require the fru fru, need a laid back, well maintained older complex, Pelican Walk is where you need to be!

Review for Unit 104, Pelican Walk

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Anchor Management Staff were very helpful and courteous. The unit needs to be updated, it requires new furniture, painting, new screen door as well. The mattress in the master bedroom also needs to be replaced, it squeaks, likely due to a broken spring. My wife sprained her ankle hooking her foot on the protruding leg of the outdated coffee table which definitely should be replaced with one that is more functional and ergonomic.Due to the fact that my wife injury was caused by the old table leg in the living room, it was very difficult to move around. It happened February 12 and we had to go to ER for an X-ray and an assessment from a doctor. We asked in mid February to be reimburse for the month of March but we were told no at the reception. It was a different opinion at a previous day from another receptionist where there was a possibility since it is very easy to rent in March. I feel that we should be compensate with $ for the pain and all the activities from Pelican walk that my wife couldnt do because of her injury. The pictures of the condo is dated and doesn’t reflect the old furnitures on line for rent.

nice place overall

the stay was good other than all the garbage i had to clean out from the beds and couch. and the 5 hour i was locked out for the Exterminator during lunch if they are wanting to do that they need to be prompt

Beautiful Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautifully recently renovated unit with convenient excellent views. The unit was clean, well equipped, and management was easy to work with. There was a second bed in the 1BR that you don’t usually find in a 1BR. However, the additional bed was not as comfortable as the king bed. Pelican Walk is my favorite condo on the beach and I love it’s location.
