Come stay just steps from the sand! Pelican Walk 103 is a LOVELY 1 Bedroom - 2 bath Gulf Front Condo! Located on the ground floor with a Pool Side patio, easy access to the beach, and an amazing beach and gulf view! This first floor unit is beautifully remodeled and professionally decorated! It offers everything you could possibly want in a beach vacation! And the best part is the Gulf front patio that walks out to the East side pool and beach!

The bedroom features a King size bed with adjoining private bathroom. The two full size bathrooms feature custom tile showers. The living room area has a twin sleeper chair. The kitchen is well equipped with dinnerware, a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and pots and pans for your convenience. The dining area has a table with seating for four. A washer and dryer are also in the condo for guests to use.

Pelican Walk's upscale family friendly resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, is directly on the 'Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches' facing the Gulf of Mexico! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk enjoy numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis & pickleball courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Unique to Pelican Walk Rentals is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation! Beach chair & umbrella service is available for a fee March through October!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had 2 units during this week. Perfect for our needs. Walk out to beach and pools in evening for the kiddos. Love the addition of the ramp and new deck walkway to the beach. This was a perfect addition! We love the laid back feel Pelican Walk has. Great staff that takes good care of the grounds, easy parking, mgmt company is very friendly and professional. Part of our family will be back in October - they can’t wait!

Marla and the rest of the staff are truly awesome. They take great care of their guests every need promptly. We have a large family vacation at Pelican Walk every year( sometimes more than once a year) The staff, amenities, location are all great! I highly recommend a stay at Pelican Walk! Hope to see you there!

Very Nice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being on the ground floor and proximity to the ocean were the best part about this rental. The grounds were clean and the beach chairs were included which was a bonus. The pool just outside to the left is not heated for some reason (too cold) but the other pool was. This condo could be even better if the inside was simpler meaning less knick knacks, decor, lamps, and even dressers that didn't serve any purpose. Overall a great place and stay.

We had a great time. Located on the 1st floor and went right out to the pool and beach. Kitchen was well stocked and we hated to leave.

One suggestion for the owners- to have less decorative items on tables/counters/bathrooms and floors, so that the renters do not have to move things when they are staying. It's all nice and pretty, but just a bit too much. Thanks for letting us rent your property again this year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love Pelican Walk the location and facilities are wonderful. We frequently stay in 101. This time we stayed in 103. Seemed like too much furniture in the condo making getting around the rooms difficult. Including a bookcase in the hallway. I would recommend decrease the amount of non functional furniture and dressers. The location is as always awesome. We found the management employees very helpful and pleasant. Hope to be in PCB again soon and stay at Pelican Walk.

our little get away

Loved the condo and location!! Right on the beach!! Condo was clean. Just perfect for the 2 of us! Nice patio to sit out. Outside Pool just off of the patio. You get 2 beach chairs with the room and the guys in charge of the beach chairs were really nice. Met some really nice couples/families staying in same building. Would love to stay at this condo again if back in the area. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Not Meeting It’s Potential

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 1st floor, beach front condo steps from the pool is a dream location. The management is friendly and helpful. There are many great restaurants near by. We enjoyed the Mardi Gras parade and dolphin cruise.The condo itself is nice but falls short of expectations. The condo is badly in need of a deep cleaning. There appears to be some black mold in the shower grout. Dust and grime in every corner. It also needs to be decluttered. Coffee table, counter tops and end tables are so full of stuff that they are unusable. 6 decorative pillows on top of the bed. A dresser blocks a narrow hall. Space is limited. Getting rid of some of this stuff would leave room for the renters. The TV remote did not work (batteries are new). The patio doors need maintenance. The bifold closet door is broken. The medicine cabinet door is broken. Mattress is old and the bottom lining is falling out. The broom and dust pan are bad. No vacuum cleaner. The condo could be a gem but needs some TLC.
