This beautiful 5th floor beachfront condo in the Mariner East complex is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida.

The condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with full attached bathroom with granite countertop and tub/shower combination. There is a flat screen TV in the master and plenty of storage. The condo has another full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tile shower with glass enclosure. There is a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, comfy furniture including a queen sleeper sofa and another sofa, rocker and dining room set.

This condo sleeps 4 maximum. The kitchen has custom cabinets and all the pots, pans, large and small to include a coffee pot, toaster, blender, and utensils. This condo has its own Wi-Fi. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Outside on the patio there is comfortable seating for enjoying those beautiful sunsets. You have your own full size laundry room right across from the front door of the condo. Whether you enjoy lying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this small family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd. We rent to families.... or if all adults are age 25 or older. Local grocery stores and many restaurants are just a very short drive away. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!
