Inside you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and comfortable bedrooms.

Step outside to enjoy the backyard featuring outdoor dining, gas grill, fire pit seating area, outdoor rinse shower, and beach gear storage.

*Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (including children/babies). This is a fire code regulation and cannot be exceeded.

MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is an HOA policy, and may be asked to provide a driver's license for age verification. No pets allowed.

THE LOCATION
Crystal Beach is one of Destin’s most desirable beach neighborhoods known for emerald waters, white sand, and charming coastal vibes.
Public beach access is just a short 3-minute walk and includes pavilion seating, picnic tables, restrooms, and handicap-accessible ramp access.
You’ll be close to Camille’s at Crystal Beach, Publix, Whole Foods, Destin Commons shopping center, restaurants, and attractions. Scenic Highway 98 offers beautiful walking and biking paths.

Check-out is at 10 AM
Early check-in is subject to availability and a $30 Fee.
This home is not suitable for parties or events. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.

Please Note:
The total price shown includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, state taxes, city taxes, and VRBO service fee. The amount displayed to guest is not the total I receive. If you have any questions or would like to confirm the nightly rate, please feel free to send me a message. Over time, certain items may be upgraded or replaced, so decor, rugs, and lighting may differ from the images. Please read the HOA Guidelines/Rules at bottom of page. All HOA Rules have to be followed.

Other things to note
HOA guidelines and House Rules. These guidelines/rules are to keep our home and neighborhood beautiful and safe. If guidelines are not followed a fine will be accessed up to $150 that you will be responsible for and could be evicted with no refund.

Guest has to be 25 or older.
Parking is only allowed in driveway, inside the fence post. No parking on the street, grass, driveway apron, across the sidewalk.
No boats, trailers, RV’s, wave runners are allowed to park anywhere in Crystal Shores.
Grill is to be left out back, can not move to front yard.
All garbage can are to be left out back, only rolled out on pickup day then rolled back in once picked up.
No noise disturbance past 10pm & before 8am.
No fireworks.
No loud music or vulgar language.
No towels, banners, clothing or other items can be hung on railings of home.
No hammocks can be hung from porch or balcony.

We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own.

No extra furniture, bedding, blow up mattresses allowed to be brought in.

No moving or rearranging furniture

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

All house rules must be followed, if house rules are broken you will be asked to leave with no refund.
