This is a wonderful cottage! It is very comfortable with a beautiful outdoor space and the perfect size for two people, which can be hard to find. The location is very convenient. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful cozy comfortable relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and equipment. Beds comfortable and very quiet inside. Wonderful windows that had privacy and natural light.

Love the outdoor space. Only 1 dishwashing disc and 2 trash bags for 5 days. Bring your own soaps, shampoos, trash bags and toilet paper. Beds are a little small but the couch is awesome for sleeping. I would stay here again.

Long weekend at the beach

Cute house. Conveniently located to all beaches, shopping, restaurants, and history Jekyll has to offer.

The backyard was lovely, except for the large amount of mosquitos due to sitting water in a nonworking rock pond, so sitting outside without big spray wasn't an option. One of the bikes had a broken seat and its chain keep coming off while riding. The sheets in the small guest room were soiled and unwashed. The real estate property sent a cleaning lady over the next day to change them. The large TV in the living room was great and the two large comfy couches were easy to sleep on, but bring extra bedding. There is no sofa bed. The quiet neighborhood was wonderful for strolling and the beach access was a short five min walk or less. We thoroughly enjoyed the Porch at the historic Jekyll hotel for breakfast, iced coffee and some yummy lunches. Sitting on the veranda eating a breakfast sandwich and drinking a latte then strolling through the historic hotel and it's beautiful grounds was a highlight. Zachary's had delicious seafood with a Marsh view. Highly recommend the Mosaic Museum and it's historic tram ride to one of the historic homes to tour at the Jekyll resort. Also recommend seeing Driftwood Beach!

Another Great Stay at Pine Grove

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have stayed at Pine Grove several times over the past few years. We have stayed in countless properties all over the island; Pine Grove is our favorite. The outdoor area is our favorite spot. It’s private, shaded, attractive, comfortable, and peaceful with a sweet water feature. There is a large fenced back yard as well. Indoors, you will find everything you need for a homey stay; a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and although it is marketed as a one bedroom, there is a small room with a bed (but no closet) that could easily be used for a second couple, a single, or 2 kids. Everything is always super clean, any maintenance issues are easily and quickly resolved, and the interior is beautiful.

The perfect place!

The property was busy perfect for my husband, me and our two dogs! The photos did not do it justice. It was a beautiful place inside and out. We loved the fenced in backyard and the multiple sitting areas outside. The inside was comfortable and clean. We loved it!

First of all for us, the location was excellent. The yard has beautiful water features and pretty landscaping not to mention it has a wonderful outdoor seating and grilling in front and the back. The house was very clean and inviting. We honestly only used a portion of the whole house. The bed in main bedroom was a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom was small. But it was pleasant enough for our entire stay. There was an issue with the washer that was a bit of an inconvenience, as far as not being able to wash until the last night of our stay. But the host kept in communication and quickly responded and resolved the issue with a new washer. Well worth the money and again very, clean and nice decor. Hope to stay again in the fall and next spring.

Our adult son was able to use the second tiny bedroom, which was perfect for him. We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor space very much but it was so cute. We took 2 bikes and were able to use one of the house bikes, too. We loved cycling around the island. So fun!

Great for small family & pets

Beautiful small cottage at a great location. The bedrooms were small but the living area (where most time would be spent) is very spacious. The yard and landscaping were beautiful, and provided a great safe space for our dogs to run around. We were able to leave our stroller on the covered porch to load and unload for trips to the beach. The location was a lovely walk to the nearest beach ramp.

Kitchen Well Furnished!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you like making meals at home, this kitchen was well stocked. The cottage has a lovely water feature, a gas grill and undercover seating area just perfect for sitting outside. I enjoyed my stay and would rent again.(Unfortunately, the bikes do need some maintenance.)

The house was very comfortable. The bathroom is really small and so was the bedroom. The living room was the most space and was so comfortable. We fell asleep on the couches. Wasn't aware they would be cutting grass and leave blowing on Mondays bright and early was necessary. The yard is really pretty and relaxing. Overall it was a good place to stay. Beware there is a 10.00 charge to get on the island daily.

Beautiful and cozy (but spacious)!

Quiet, beautiful property. I loved reading outside in the rain, listing to the soft wind chimes and the pattering on the tin roof of the sitting spaces. It was so well lit and spacious the bridal party came to my place to get ready instead of the condo they planned. You'll definitely want to rent bikes or a golf cart if you don't have a car. I thought I could walk everywhere and you could if you were really in shape (think heat not distance!) but the grocery store is too far to carry things from. Also the bikes aren't equipped to carry groceries either, so keep that in mind. This is in no way a complaint, just advice for visitors. I would definitely come back. OH! I lost my wallet on this trip while shopping and almost before I knew it was even missing, it was returned with all $250 in cash and my ID in it! People are incredibly friendly. Traveling by myself, I never once felt unsafe or concerned.

Positives:Spacious living area especially the living room.Main bedroom was a good size with dresser, closet and 2 nightstands. Home was clean. Fast response to A/C problem. HVAC guy came quickly to fix on Saturday afternoon/evening. Great location to everything. Beach was 5 mins away. Very quiet neighborhood. Days Inn access to pools/hottub.2 sets of keys. Negatives:Dishwasher did not dissolve cleaning tablet.Dryer had issues drying. Very small bathroom.Few tv stations- no response to emails about tv/no directions about 3 remotesNo soap for shower- bring your own.Outdoor seating dirty- due for seasonal cleaning.
