Experience beach living at its finest with this stunning beachfront 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house with breathtaking ocean views. Completely remodeled in 2020 with high-end finishes, this serene, stylish space is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The open floor plan features a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for four, making it perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the salt air and ocean breeze while dining al fresco from the large deck, complete with a built-in grill and cocktail station. The deck features Restoration Hardware outdoor sofas and chairs, as well as a Telescope outdoor dining table for six. The two bedrooms offer ample space, with the primary bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Summer beach living at its best!

A note about large gatherings, children, and pets:
I hate to implement this, but unfortunately, I've had guests who've not respected the rules around large gatherings, children, and pets. I am flexible and open to discussion if you are interested in hosting more than eight people for dinner, at the beach, or a celebration at my home. I live in a residential beach community, and I like my neighbors :-). If there is an event that could impact neighborhood parking and noise, I want to give my neighbors a heads-up. They are great and very understanding, so we can likely work it out, but they don't like surprises. Please send an inquiry if you would like to discuss.

However, if there has not been prior written approval and guests host a gathering with more than eight people, bring children under 10 to stay overnight, or bring pets to the house, additional charges are as follows:

- Gathering exceeding eight people: $1,000 per event
- Children under 10 or pets at the home: $500 per booked night, regardless of the days children or pets are on the property.

Wonderful beach retreat

We really enjoyed our Spring trip to Kellyā€™s beach house. Kelly was very attentive throughout our stay and provided thoughtful treats upon our arrival. The porch provided a peaceful view of the ocean and we enjoyed walking on the beach and taking the ferry to Boston.

Fantastic beach front bungalow

Very well appointed home with great ocean views. Clean and organized, the owner has provided everything you might need and then gone a step beyond. This town continues to surprise me and this stay was no exception.

Lovely spot, great place

Terrific place across a lightly used section of Beach Ave. from Nantasket Beach. There was obviously a high end renovation not that long ago. Kelly, the owner, was super nice, and she has prepared a guidebook to the place itself and the town, with excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We were there for a week and hated to leave.

A 5-star stay all around

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. With the beach literally across the street, the deck was a dreamy place to sit and listen to the ocean. The house was beautifully equipped with the fluffiest of towels, to high end supplies in the kitchen. The beds were super comfy as well. Kelly was a near perfect hostā€¦with our only complaint being that she wouldnā€™t agree to cancel all of the other reservations for the summer and let us just stay! (The nerve!šŸ˜). Couldnā€™t recommend this place enoughā€¦except rather have it all to ourselves!

Absolutely ideal vacation spot!

Staying in Kellyā€™s beautiful home felt like a luxury. She has thought of everything a person would want or need. The beds and linens are so comfortable we felt at home right away. The gorgeous kitchen is convenient and fully equipped. Each sitting area is spacious but felt cozy and made for great conversations. The views of the water and boats from the porch rooms and deck are amazing. The beach is literally across the street. On top of all this, Kelly is very accommodating, friendly and a pleasure to chat with. I highly recommend this property! Iā€™d give it more stars if I could.

I fell in love with this home when I saw it during an open house in 2018. It is steps to the sand on the best part of the beach in a lovely neighborhood, with 180-degree views of the ocean. If you want to spend the day in Boston, it is just a short 25-minute ferry ride. What's not to love?!?!

Aside from long walks on the beach and exploring the tide pools at low tide, my favorite thing to do is to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the three-season porch with a warm cup of coffee. You'll love the direct beach access just 10 steps away and the huge outdoor deck.
