Construction of Keystones new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through the end of 2025. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. SkyRun will not provide any refunds due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area. This stunning two-bedroom ground floor unit is only a 60 second walk to the slopes and has many great amenities to enhance your mountain vacation. The condo features a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, leather furniture, and a flat screen TV. Open up the glass doors to your ground floor private patio, and enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped for the days you want to eat in. Serve your delicious creations to your family at the dining table that seats six comfortably. All new hardwood floors throughout the living and dining area give this unit a modern feel. The primary bedroom features a queen sized bed with its own en-suite bathroom and a television. The guest bedroom also features a queen sized bed and television, with a bathroom just steps away. The Springs is the most popular building in Keystone for a reason. Step out your patio door and you are only a 60 second walk to putting your skis down and taking the chairlift up the mountain. After a long day of skiing, relax in the year-round outdoor heated pool featuring a slide, or soak in one of the two hot tubs boasting stunning views of the slopes. The Springs also features a fitness room, sauna, fire pit, nursery, pool table, movie theater room, and ski lockers. Take advantage of the courtyard which features an outdoor dining area and a grill. There is a shared laundry unit in the building and a heated underground parking garage for your convenience. Property was great outside of the fact that itā€™s next to a construction site. In this defense of the owner they do mention this in the listing, it just made the walk to the left much further than it appears on a map, kind of is an eye sore, and can be noisy at times, but again-the owner does mention it in the listing.

Great unit in the village!

Easy access to the gondola. Lovely amenities in the building (pool, hot tub, steam room, movie room, kids playroom. Laundry, ski lockers etc!) thank you, will definitely stay here again!

Cozy, close to gondola

It's a cozy cute little condo with just enough room for 3 of us, could fit a few more - there are a few roll away beds in the bedroom closest, would have been cramped to have one of those out. Also, the owner locks the big fridge/freezer and provides a smaller one for the guests that is slightly bigger than a mini fridge. If you are staying a week and planning to eat in you'll struggle to have room for your food. The property has games, pool and hot tub providing other fun things to do.

The unit was very tired. Old pillows that were hard and flat, broken pull out bed so someone had to sleep on the floor, chipped dishes and overall just very old feeling. The location is great. We liked the first floor for easy access. Overall we would likely stay here again because of the location.

The condo could use some upgrading and it was a solid bummer the pool was down for a couple of days a that is really the reason I booked to stay there

Construction!

The unit itself was fine for four guys. If my wife came I am not sure she would say the same. Major construction is under way and it makes getting to the village a challenge and certainly more than a 1 minute walk to the gondola!

Great Location

Check in was so easy. Very short walk to Gondola. Beds are nice and clean. Dishes not so much. Some cups were dirty with what looked like dried milk in the bottom. Some silverware had dried food on them as well as a few pots and pans. Overall clean place and would visit again. Thanks

What a relaxing Vacation

One slight hiccup on a great vacation. We started with the key code not being in our packet. Once we got that remedied everything was great. Loved that fans were provided. Our kiddo loved the pool and pool table. There was always someone for him to play with and that makes it even more memorable. Thanks for the hospitality

Unit Just OK - Location Great

We have stayed in probably 6 different units in the Springs so I feel we have a good variety of what is rentable and have stayed on all sides and floors of the property. Location - the BEST to the gondola. Ski Locker location and pool/hot tubs are also great features. This unit was just ok. Pretty dated in all aspects. Unit location was not great as it sits in front of property (on circular drive) on ground floor, so you hear a lot of noise especially keeping windows open for cool air. There were no sharp knives or scissors for kitchen so opening and cutting was very challenging while cooking. There were also very limited forks and regular knives so we constantly were washing dishes. Showers temp was very challenging to regulate to either not burn or be too cool. Kitchen table was very large for space, so getting around in unit was annoying since chairs would not all fit under table - which was strange since table was so big. Basically this unit needs TLC to be comparable with many other units at the Springs.

Nice clean unit, great for kids

Had a pleasant stay in the Springs at Keystone. Nice big pool and media room would be perfect for kids! Unit was clean and had all the essentials while we were staying there. Will definitely be back!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the springs! The location in proximity to the slopes was perfect! The heated parking garage is nice too! Our only complaint is the lighting in the condo. It is VERY dim inside. Also, many of the dishes had big chips in them (didnā€™t bother us but thought youā€™d like to know) and the windows were very dirty.

Ski Run Condos

Considering Covid 19 Overall everything was good. Check in process was ok. I could not get the lock box to open and they had to help me. Covid 19 had pool, hot tub, pool table, and tv room closed. Not property fault. Very frustrating at end ask about a late check out. NO One was checking in for a week. We only wanted to stay till noon. Called the day before. They said no problem but sometimes we have a last minute purchase. Call back in the morning. I did and was told no problem but it would cost $50. Considering Covid and almost all the amenities (workout room pool table, pool, hot tub, tv room) were closed yet we still paid full fare, I felt that was ridiculous. We just packed up and went skiing and changed in the bathroom. Returned the keys to the condo at 12:30. By the way the maids had not been there to clean. Did not leave a good taste in my mouth. Do not recommend using Ski Run Condos in the future. Also note unit location does not face the pool. It faces the driveway so at night when cars pull in, their lights shine into the room also in the morning sometimes people honk their horns to get the passengers to come outside. Recommend a different unit in the Springs. The Springs is a great building and location.

We had a great stay!

We had a great stay during Covid. This didnā€™t stop us from enjoying the Gondola and the many other things to do in the area. Many restaurants and bars closed early by around 11pm. Things seem to be picking up and getting busier.
