Definitely located in one of the most peaceful and relaxing places of Playa del Carmen, just steps from beach in Coco Bay area and close to Canibal Royal beach club and Shangrila beach.
If you are looking for nice amenities, space, comfort and beautiful view, this is a great option. This condo is new, modern and fully equipped.
It’s fabulous location around the new fifth area allows you to get all the services to spend an unforgettable time enjoying the sea, restaurants and nightlife of Playa del Carmen.
Beautifully decorated, the master bedroom has a king size bed, sheet sets, bath and beach towels, plus a safety box in the closet. It has black out curtains, and if you need to do the ironing there is one in the room.
The double room has two full size beds, bathroom, and another safety box, bed linens and extra bath and beach towels. Enjoy gorgeous sunrises right from your balcony!
It has a laundry room with washer and dryer, and an extra full bathroom!
The living room has a leather pull out sofa which sleeps two people, a total of 8 people comfortable. And two other leather armchairs. The terrace has outdoor furniture’s so you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises and watch the turquoise Caribbean waters.
It has an entertainment center with LCD TV, dvd, sky plus (satellite TV), games, books and videos, plus internet from the condominium,
The kitchen has a large refrigerator big enough to store food and supplies to cook a good meal. Stainless appliances, blender, two coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove with oven and all utensils you need.
It includes one cleaning per week, bottled water and we provide you with a cell phone in case you need or requires something the property manager will attend you immediately.
Is included 75kw per week in vacational rentals less than 2 weeks.
Monthly Rate doesn’t include electricity.
Transportation to and from the Cancun Airport provided.
Taxi service readily available as well.

Quiet but within walking distance to 5th Avenue which has so much energy and atmosphere. The condo is very close to the beach and we have lovely views of the beach from our 3rd floor balconies.
