This is a great property. It is quiet and easy to get to the room It has a great view, pool, and chair rentals on the beach. It is within minutes of lots of places to eat and things to do.

Beautiful view!!! Fantastic & friendly residents and vacationers. Amazing amenities for the whole facility. The new maintenance guy is making so many improvements! The only thing I would change is the listing of “in unit washer/dryer”. It’s not actually “in the unit”.I reached out to Southern Vacation Rentals. Who although they were friendly, they were not helpful. I eventually found the key to the units outdoor closet where the w&d were located. The listing should read “unit access to washer/dryer”That is my One and ONLY negative and it’s a simple fix. We definitely hope to vacation here again soon!!!

Birthday getaway

Wonderful visit. Second time we've stayed here and we enjoyed it both times. Weather was great for our stay and the beach was relatively uncrowded.

Great Place

We love staying on the east end of Thomas Drive.We like the smaller condo complexes and this one fits right in for what we were looking for.It had everything we needed even extra towels.

I left a list on the table of all the things that didn’t workOutlets in both bathrooms sparked when used, the master shower bath handle spun in circles, the drain in the master did not work, water backedcup, the treasure hunt necessary to find the parking passes, they did not supply. Did not know that the on-site laundry was in a different room that required access by Key. The floor was dirty. Birds had pooped all over the patio. It was not clean. I suspect this is a resident that owns a property that relies on the association as well as the cleaning staff to maintain integrity. Unfortunately, they did not. Location is awesome, but maintenance and attention to detail was sorely lacking

Weekend getaway

We checked in on Thursday afternoon and was treated to a musician entertaining poolside. We were able to sit on our balcony and listen to oldies being sung with the ocean in the background. Just wonderful. The proximity to the beach is the best part of this condo.

It was great, met our expectations. TV in bedroom wasn’t working upon arrival, but solution was initiated promptly with constant communication with management.

Great beach Vacation

Everything went well. Nice place to stay. Beach. Pool and condo was like the web site showed. One issue “no bath Towels”. Called few times. Housekeeping never showed up. So we purchased few at a local Wal mart.

Fun time at the beach.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It is a very nice and clean condo with the excpetion of the two showers. The master shower had sand in it last year and this year and has mold. The sink in the master was completly clogged upon our arrival this year. The tub in the second bathroom was slow to drain. The dryer needed service as well. It would be nice if someone would check all these things and more before arrival. It is so aggravating to spend time taking care of issues. I do not like someone coming in and out when we are out of the condo. It is a lovely place to stay and has a great view.

Beach stay

The condo was perfectly described. The photos were perfect. The sleeping accomodations were great. We were provided with plenty of linen with the exception of sheets for the Murphy bed. Issues: The cable was not working properly, and it was a rainey week, so that would have been nice to have that working. The TV in the bedroom would not work. Several knobs would fall off when used including the patio door. The master bathroom door came unhinged and almost fell off. The property manager sent someone out to look at the issues. He fixed what he could. Then, they sent someone at 8 the next morning, which was not convienent since everyone was still in bed. Even with all of the issues above, the place was nice and clean. We would go again.
