We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the unit, the comfortable beds, all the amenities (including the marvelous pools,hot tub and other water activities) and the great location, all very reasonably priced. We would definitely make plans to stay again in the future if at all possible. We had a great stay.

Very clean, spacious, awesome pools

More than enough space for our family of 6, very clean and great location to walk to the pool area and drive to parks. Our kids loved the pools. We would love to stay here again.

The Condo was great. It was spacious, well stocked and very comfortable. Our hosts were great to, they responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The amenities were good to, and the grounds were kept very clean. I recommend this unit for your stay, especially if you are going to Universal studios or Walt Disney World.

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the pool, lazy river, etc. It had plenty of beds for our family of 7. No complaints with the property and we always got a quick response back with any questions we had throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying here.

Awesome stay!

The rental was clean and had everything we needed. We had a bit of a problem entering the first time because of a key code issue, but they immediately came to sort it out. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return

Was another fantastic vacation away from home

Thank you for sharing your home. It was beautiful and very roomy for the 5 of us. Location was perfect walking to the resort pools with small children. This rental was very clean and comfortable. As always we all enjoy staying at Regal Palms!

We recently stayed in Mac's condo at Long Beach Resort to celebrate our daughters' graduation, and it was perfect! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had stunning ocean views from almost every room. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was amazing.Mac was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. We made such special memories as a family and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this condo for a relaxing, worry-free beach getaway!

Overall stay was great. Plenty of room for our group. Only negative thing I would say, there are no condiments and limited oven cookware. Also, sheets in master bed could use an upgrade. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay. Managing party was quick to respond with questions. Also, super easy check out. We would definitely come again if in the area again.

Spacious Stay with Great Amenities – Perfect for FamiliesWe stayed at the Regal Palms Resort in Davenport and had a wonderful time. The townhouse was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable for our whole group.The resort itself has fantastic amenities – the pool area is a real highlight, with a lazy river, water slide, and hot tub that our family loved. There’s also a fitness center, on-site restaurant, and a small market for essentials, which was convenient. The location is excellent, with grocery stores, restaurants, and Disney parks all within a short drive.Check-in was straightforward, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Only minor hiccup was no toilet paper in one of the upstairs bathroom.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families looking for an affordable, fun, and comfortable home base for a Central Florida vacation.

Check in process was a nightmare. Line was out the door, not enough employees for the amount of guests. The resort requires a credit card on file with them even though the rental wasn’t through them. You have to get armbands & towel cards that if not returned you are charged for. This isn’t disclosed in the listing. The entire complex smelt of marijuana for our duration of stay. Upon entrance into the unit, we observed a dead lizard on the downstairs bed. Communicated this to the owner & they were apologetic. The unit is overall nice but very dated. Washer & dryer work well. Plenty of bathroom linens provided. Unit seemed to have been surface cleaned instead of actually cleaned. Would not stay at this property again and would not recommend to anyone else either.

Holiday weekends are peak times and extremely busy for our resort which can delay check-inl. Regarding the armbands, this secures the resort from outside visitors wandering in. The possible fee ensures return of these items and helps keep cost down for all. We will add that to our listing, Our home is professionally cleaned prior to each guest visit, however, we will address the issue with our cleaning team. Our caretakers are in the complex daily and did not receive any reports of unusual odors. There is a non-smoking policy in our resort and our home. There are multiple pictures of all rooms and furnishings provided in the listing. We value your feedback and want to assure you that we are dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
