3123 Villamare: Beautiful contemporary condo and newly updated, Oceanview

Enjoy this beautiful contemporary condo with ocean views! The kitchen was recently renovated, featuring Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with everything a family chef needs to bring the family together around a home-cooked meal. Villamare, located in Palmetto Dunes, is on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean, and it's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. * FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE COURTYARD WALKWAY SYSTEM WITH NEW PAVERS. Inquire with any questions.
• Phase 1 (Spring 2026): Starting Monday, March 2, demolition of the walkways along Building 3 courtyard will begin. During this phase:
• Both grand staircases at Building 3 will be closed.
• Guests will be able to access the area using the Disney-side walkway of Building 3.
Beginning the following Monday, March 9, demolition will begin on the courtyard side of Building 1. During this phase:
• The Building 1 grand staircase will be closed.
• Guests will need to use the road-side walkway to access the beach and pool areas.
The project is scheduled for completion by April 1, pending weather conditions or any unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide updates should the timeline change.
• Phase 2 (Fall 2026): Remaining portions of the project.

**HALLWAY FLOOR PAINTING TO BEGIN IN APRIL, starting with Building 3, and is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
What to Expect
• Work hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise.
• The painting process takes approximately one hour per area. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry.
• A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours.
