The condo is situated in an ideal location with stunning water views and has its own private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning, so you can always stay cool and comfortable. The open floor plan features a wide, waterfront balcony with breathtaking views, providing an idyllic spot for you to settle down and relax. As well as a well-equipped kitchen, ready for the nights you want to dine in.

When you want to get out and explore, be sure to check out the nearby Camp Helen State Park, Gulf World Marine Park, M.B. Miller County Pier, and Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf.

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Place

We loved the view and how easy it was to access the beach/pool by the bay. The room accommodations were amazing. It had everything we needed. I recommend replacing the master mattress because it sinks in the middle and uncomfortable for two people. I also recommend adding fans (that work) or installing ceiling fans. I would stay here again.

Spring Break

Property a little over older, but location and beach access are awesome. Far enough away from the heart of Panama City school being breakers. Had fun playing shuffle board on cold days.

Birthday weekend getaway

Beautiful condo. Very clean. We loved the views of the water. Spacious enough for all 6 of us. Definitely will rent this unit again. Wish we could have enjoyed it longer but it was a wonderful weekend getaway for our daughter’s birthday.

Amazing Stay

The condo was absolutely amazing and a totally affordable price. It’s in a gated community, which I didn’t know upon booking, and it made the experience so much better. It was spring break and the beach was not even crowded due to the gated community! The views were fantastic and the pictures matched the place perfectly. (I do wish the refrigerator had a water filter though!)

3rd year - 3 month stays

This is our 3rd winter, 3 month stay, at this condo. The owner has provided everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The views from the L shaped balcony are unbeatable. The list of pluses goes on and on. The parking, the elevator, use of a grocery cart, appliances, kitchen items, large screen TVs with streaming apps, the wifi. Another plus, the owner keeps you informed with whats going on in the complex. You will be happy that you chose this unit. 5 star review.

Great location, unit needs a make-over!

Location is incredible. I would absolutely be willing to pay more for the house with some updates. Peeling wallpaper, tears in the fabric headboard, black mold in the bathrooms and terrible musty smell as you enter, all left us not huge fans. We would not rebook this unit unless those were improved upon. Particularly the black mold. We loved Pinnacle Ports location and ease of access to the beach and pools, so we will continue to stay in the community, but not this unit.

Spectacular views!!!!

My husband, my daughter and I stayed here for Spring break. It is a perfect location away of the PCB chaos but convenient to restaurants and shops. It is a great condo, very nice and everything you would need. Gorgeous view and sounds of the ocean. We had a small hiccup with the sofa covers not being replaced and the sofas need some TLC. The management company was slow to respond with the issue and didn't offer replacement sofa covers during our stay.The master bath needs a little love too. Everything else was superb. If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Vacation

First - the good things. This condo is in a great location and since it is a corner condo, it has a beautiful view of the ocean. We felt completely safe; the condo was completely adequate, and it was a very competitive price. It's on the fourth floor, near the elevator, so it was easily accessible and very near the beach entrance. Two pools are nearby for those times when you get tired of sand. We stayed at an absolutely perfect time - right after Labor Day. We practically had the beach to ourselves and the weather was very mild. One negative is that the condo obviously needs some minor maintenance/updating, but for the price, I suppose that is to be expected. If you plan on cooking much, you might want to bring some of your own knives. We would definitely stay here again.

The biggest advantage of this condo was the view and access to the beach-wonderful! However there were several issues in the condo itself. There was a smell coming from the master bedroom/bathroom that I suspect was mold/mildew from around the master tub. The kitchen utensils are very worn, they need to be replaced. There are no kitchen hot pads. There was a leak in the queen bedroom after a rain storm and judging by the ceiling, this wasn’t the first time. I went to do a load of laundry on the last full day of our stay and the DRYER had water in it-not sure if this was another leak due to the rain storm-but I was scared to use it for fear of a fire. I sent an email of these issues the evening before we left, nothing was answered until 2 days later, asking for pictures. I didn’t take pictures, however these issues are all very noticeable.

Needs serious updating and cleaning

Arrived at property and it had not been cleaned. The master bed was not been changed since the last stay. Dishes and table was dirty and bathroom was not cleaned. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The washer was so loud you could not talk in the living room and the dryer would not dry the clothes and would would get black on the clothes. No dryer trap. Had to dig out months of lint to try to get towels dry. Called about room check in and ended up having to clean myself and it was well after midnight before we could unload our luggage the first night of our vacation. Called about the dryer and we were still giving the run around and ended up washing and hanging out clothes around the condo to be able to Stay. The kitchen table and chairs were very wobbly and felt like they were going to fall. The breakers kept tripping on for the stove and silverware and glass were was not enough for one meal. The showers in the two master bedrooms would not regulate between hot and cold. stay

Beautiful Views Beach front

This was our 16th year staying at Pinnacle Port. We love the quietness and privacy of the resort. Our family has always enjoyed staying at Pinnacle Port. This unit is an older unit as far as renovations and updates. But for the price it’s very accommodating. The only issue we had during our stay was that we rented this 3 bedroom unit and only could get 2 parking passes. We have grown adult children now and we’re arriving from different places and was not able to get another pass even though we paid $69 for the two we already had. Pinnacle port works with us in getting my other son a pass but it was a hassle. The managing company we spoke to were very nice about everything else. This was literally the only issue and I only post it because if you’re a family that has grown children coming in for family vacation and can’t carpool you’ll need to know only 2 passes come with this unit. We also have never paid for parking in the 16 years we’ve stayed here until this year. This is something new they started in April of 2024. There is a good amount of cooking utensils and a great start up of supplies. The balcony was wonderful every morning and evening to just sit and enjoy the beach. We will be back next year for our annual family vacation. Thanks for allowing us to relax this week in the condo.

We have had better stays at PP

Views were amazing, Balcony was our favorite part! Decorated nicely. Everything we needed in kitchen was there, good pans, casserole dish, blender for smoothies, coffee machines with coffee was a good touch, the oven cooks well. Loved all the seating space for the counter and tables and outside balcony. There were a few things we encountered on our stay that could use some attention for the future occupants. There were some stains on the white sheets on the bed we noticed, a slight sandy feel also with the first night, but a quick wash got them clean. We loved having the vacuum, broom, dustpan it made it easy to keep things clean during our long trip. The dryer was the worst part, it seemed to have some kind problem when it spins. We pulled out a towel and it was stuck in between the drum turning part and the side and it tore the edge right off and also looked like it was burned (it was black maybe with oil or something). Then there were other items we noticed as days went by black stains were on our clothes and towels. My daughters pajamas were "eatin by the dryer" she says. The thin pair of shorts must of have gotten caught in the side and burned or torn a hole in the shorts to the point there were ruined. We were then afraid to wash anything else beside towels. So going home from a 2 week vacation with 4 bags of laundry was not so fun. Overall it was good stay and location. Thank you for letting us stay.
