This completely renovated condo features:
-Two bedrooms
-Vaulted, bright ceiling with dimmable recessed lights
-Two full baths
-Loft
-Over 1200 square feet

Lanai offers breathtaking views of Haleakala volcano and the ocean.

All-inclusive rates: Free WiFi, no resort fee, no extra charges for parking, no security deposit required.

Fully furnished with ceiling fans, mini split air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Features include a full-size washer and dryer and high-speed internet access.

Bedding: Two twin beds (downstairs bedroom, can be converted to king size), a king bed upstairs, and a queen bed in the loft.

Located directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III, great for swimming and snorkeling.

Hale Kamaole complex includes two swimming pools, two barbecue areas, and a tennis court/2 Pickleball courts.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars/pubs, shopping, and the Kihei Boat Ramp.

About 25 minutes from the airport and just shy of one mile north of Wailea.

Cleaning Protocols:
Enhanced cleaning protocols using cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies.
Supplies provided for guests to clean during their stay, including disposable paper towels, multi-surface cleaner, antibacterial hand sanitizer, and extra hand soap.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was clean and spacious for my family of 5 adults. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft, loved it! It was nice having three proper beds in the condo as everyone was able to have their own space. Having the a washer/dryer set (they even had laundry pods for us) was so nice after going to the beach, and going on hikes, we went through a lot of clothing.Darrell, on of the owners got in touch with us the next day to see if everything was good or if we needed any assistance. We really appreciated the check up from him, but all was great! Their attention to detail is fantastic.We appreciated all the beach items that the owners had available for our use, especially the wagon! We loaded the cooler, chairs, umbrella etc in it. It made the short walk to the beach very convenient. We ended up only going to the beach that’s in front of the complex as it was an easy walk and the beach was perfect! We went many times and saw fish and turtles in the water. All in all, we had one of the best trips ever, it will be a memory I will treasure always.Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us Darrell and Tammie

Great place! We have 5 in our little fam and this gave everyone a bed with air conditioning! We fell in love with this little town. The condo had all the amenities needed for a wonderful week in Maui. Highly recommended!!

Great location. Easy drive or walk to fabulous beaches house was very clean. Had every kitchen item needed. There was an elevator for use with luggage and elderly family members.

Family Trip

Our trip involved my sister, my son & daughter-in-law, my husband & me. We had a lovely time. The condo was nicely decorated & very comfortable for our group of 5. I chose this condo in part because of its location (right across from the beach) & the abundance of beach accessories it provided. The beach wagon was so helpful in hauling our chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.

The location was ideal for our family of adults! Just minutes from the beach and walking distance to coffee shops and night life for our 20- something children. The condo was spacious for all 6 of us with everything we needed for the beach.

Beautiful area. Unit was spacious with everything you might need for a day at the beach(they even had Umbrellas! A must when UV Index was 11) or a relaxing day at pool. Tammie and Darrell are the best hosts!! They took the time to call us to make sure we got in okay. They also reached out several times before our trip to give us information about check in and suggestions for things to do in the area. If you're not sure about booking, reach out to them. They are wonderful!

Short stay in Maui

Stayed 4 nights in August 2024. Unit was perfect for our family of four, 2 parents and 2 adult kids. Each got their own space using the loft bed. They left some condiments and other useful items in kitchen which was perfect for our stay. The location is great. Walking distance to eateries and beach. I would highly recommend. Our family would definitely repeat here.

Wonderful place to stay-views are spectacular

This was a nice safe area. Grounds are immaculate! Views are 10 out of 10!!! Place was clean and accommodated our 6 adults on the trip. Kitchen was well stocked. Lovely place and would stay again!!!!

Perfect for our stay on Maui!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Enough beds, beach & shower towels, extra linens, chairs, dishes, etc. Air conditioning and fans were much appreciated. We appreciated for the boogie boards, snorkeling sets, and coolers etc that was available. The beach across the street was perfect for swimming and we even saw turtles while we were swimming. Perfect Location

Darrell was the best host we have ever had. Responses were very quick and positive! The condo was clean and worked well for our family of 6. Noise was at a minimum and the pools and bbq grills are cleaned daily. It is so convenient to the beach and so many items in the closet to use at the beach. There is an elevator if you prefer over walking up the stairs. Our 22 month old called it our Hawaii home and felt like it was home. Enjoy your stay!

Great multi generation vacation space

My husband, 12 year old son, and I stayed at this condo with my parents for a wonderful week vacation. We all enjoyed having some private space (the kid had the loft) as well as plenty of room to eat and hang out together on the deck. Wonderful snorkeling and beach just a short walk away was great for my son to spend time with his grandparents while my husband and I got to explore the island and surf and hike. Closest restaurants and shops are about a .5 mile stroll, so this spot would be wonderful to stay even without a car.

Perfect slice of Heaven

The location of the condo was even better than expected. Great park and beach across the road. Walking distance for sure!!!! The closet on the lanai had everything you need (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, and even a wagon!!!!). Kitchen fully stocked. View of upper pool and tennis court. Wonderfully way to finish off the day, sitting with a cold beer from Maui Brewing and watching all the kids run around on the lawn and playing tennis. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful location

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Well supplied kitchen and walking distance to a few restaurants. Hosts were attentive and engaging. The only slightly negative thing for our party was the loft bedroom is literally outside of the master bedroom offering little to no privacy for the person occupying the loft bed. But honestly that was minor especially with how great the rest of the condo was! Thank you for sharing your space!

Tammie and Darrell have been married for 43 years. They have four wonderful children ages 40, 37, 35 and 32 and current grandbaby count is five :)

Originally from Saskatchewan, Canada the family has lived in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada for over 34 years. Yukon Territory is located in NORTHERN Canada, just to the east of Alaska.

Darrell was a pharmacist by profession and Tammie a registered radiological technician. As former owners of 2 drugstores and a gift store, they now enjoy retirement by spending time on Maui and spoiling their grandchildren.

Continuously upgrading the condo for their pleasure and the pleasure of their guests, has always been a priority.

Long time residents of northern Canada, my wife, myself and our growing family have always looked forward to some 'winter relief'!
After vacations to many locations (including the other Hawaiian islands) we fell in love with Kihei Maui!
It was the perfect holiday - great beaches, awesome shopping and resturants, countless things to experience and sunny practically every day. Not too big and not too small. Pace of life around you was laid back.

Beach Park across the road and adjacent to Wailea.

The complex is 'horse-shoe' shaped facing the ocean. The 'middle' includes an upper and lower swimming pool with adjacent BBQ pits, a re-surfaced tennis/2 pickleball courts (2023) and lots of grass everywhere.

We have learned a lot of great recipes and new things to experience when at the BBQ's in the evening talking it up with residents and guests.

From our lanai you can enjoy the sun rise over Haleakala in the morning, and the sun set over the ocean in the evening - not many locations can give you that!
