This rental comes with a basic stocked kitchen including pots, pans, baking sheets, silverware, bowls, plates, drinking cups, coffee cups, drip coffee pot, cooking utensils, salt and pepper, dish soap, 1-2 rolls of paper towels.

BATHROOMS
This rental comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom anything additional is responsibility of tenant to bring. Bath towels are provided by the owner. **bring you own shower items: shampoo, body wash, conditioner. ** (There is a store within 3 min drive or)

CABLE & TVs
Host provides basic cable package ***cable in downstairs tvs only. upstairs tvs are streaming only*** Brand New Smart TVs in many rooms. If using "Streaming" it is BYOL (Bring your own login).

HEAT & A/C
This property has central A/C and Heating throughout

OUTSIDE GAMES
Host provides cornhole boards and bags, can jam and other games. Please note that some games may be damaged from previous guest and can't be 100% guaranteed There is also a horseshoe pit in the backyard

POOL
Above ground pool. Please do not touch the pool equipment. Pool is unheated.

BABY GATE/POOL SAFETY
We provide a high quality temporary gate to block off the pool area if needed.

***NO POOL USE AFTER 9PM

OUTSIDE GRILL & FURNITURE
There is an outside grill and outside furniture/deck space. Guest are responsible for any propane needed. Two tanks are provided.

KIDS/BOARD GAMES
Various kids games have been left please return all games to where you found them

BEACH CHAIRS
Host leaves 6 beach chairs for guest to use. **These are not guaranteed as previous guests may have lost/taken them** guest are responsible for buying their own beach tags

Please note that yard is not fully fenced in ***
Please note coal fireplace in main living is to not be used ***

Host leaves a gate that can be put up near the pool stairs for the guest. The gate is located in the garage
