**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Welcome to Carolina Dreaming, a dream of a property located in the charming coastal town of Nags Head, NC. The top level of the home offers a spacious living area, complete with a smart TV for your entertainment needs. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals right at home. The dining area comfortably accommodates 10 guests and includes a high chair for your convenience. Additional seating is available with 6 counter seats. From the top-level deck, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and sound. The sunroom provides another cozy space to relax and unwind, equipped with a smart TV. There is also a convenient half bathroom and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.



Moving to the second level, you'll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Queen bedroom #1 and Queen bedroom #2 both offer ensuite bathrooms and shared deck access, allowing you to enjoy the fresh coastal air and stunning views. Queen bedroom #3 and Queen bedroom #4 provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. A hallway full bathroom is available for shared use among these bedrooms.



The outside space of the property offers various amenities for your enjoyment. Relax and rejuvenate in the hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. You will also have access to a community pool. Rinse off the salt and sand in the refreshing outdoor shower. The charcoal grill is ideal for sizzling up some delicious meals while enjoying the outdoor surroundings. Ample outdoor seating allows you to bask in the coastal ambiance and spend quality time with your loved ones. The backyard provides a spacious area for outdoor activities and leisurely strolls.

Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
