Unit 34 at Discovery Point Club (rated Traveler's Choice) has been remodeled and is a second-floor unit with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. It features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the second with two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed with advance notice. Additionally, there is a king sofa hide-a-bed in the living area, accommodating a total of six guests.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV, and an adjoining bathroom. The bedroom dressers and closets have lots of room to store your clothes and there is a small safe in each closet. Enjoy great snorkeling right from our beautiful beach, strong private WIFI, high speed internet, daily maid service, free parking, dive gear rinse area, two outdoor grills, two tennis and pickleball courts (racquets provided), basketball, washer/dryer and concierge services to help you with various reservations.

Discovery Point Club beach has not been affected by the changing tides that have affected the beaches at the southern end of 7 Mile Beach. Our beautiful beach has lots of covered beach cabanas and umbrellas, with beach towels provided. Enjoy two tennis and pickleball courts (racquets provided), as well as soccer and basketball facilities on the property. Grill your fresh fish, burgers and steaks on the two grills located by the tennis courts. This property is very private with beautifully maintained landscaping. Play in the large private pool and relax in the hot tub, where you can make friends in the hot swirling tub water after a fun day of snorkeling or scuba diving.

Or maybe you want to just chill in the comfortable condo and watch movies on the large living room flat-screen smart TV or open the curtains to see the stunning sunsets and gorgeous beach and ocean views! In the screened-in patio, lounge with a good book in the cushioned loveseat recliner with various reclining levels. Enjoy dining at the patio table that overlooks the gorgeous Cayman Ocean or the table in the living area, which seats six. The following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to all apartments/condos at The Discovery Point Club (sorry, our insurance company insisted this be added).

1) The primary guest must be age twenty-five (25) years or older and assume responsibility for those in his/her charge under the age of twenty-five (25).

2) The primary guest must be in residence for the duration of the reservation.

3) The primary guest accepts legal responsibility for bodily injury to himself/herself and/or any person(s) on the property as a result of the visit and use of rental unit, operation, or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me/us.

4) The primary guest agrees to accept complete responsibility for all individuals occupying or visiting the assigned rental unit at Discovery Point Club and the entire Discovery Point Club grounds.

5) The primary guest agrees that Discovery Point Club management and employees will not be held responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or any personal property during the duration of the rental period.

6) The primary guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the Discovery Point Club rental unit, Discovery Point Club Strata Plan 81, Discovery Point Club property manager, and all Discovery Point Club employees from and against liability for injury to himself/herself or any other person(s) occupying or visiting the Discovery Point Club rental unit and/or the grounds of Discovery Point Club resulting from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, injury sustained as a result of use of the rental unit, use of any item(s) inside the rental unit, exterior stairs, communal pool, beach, ocean, etc., howsoever arising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees and property owners on the grounds of Discovery Point Club.

7) Discovery Point Club is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
