Sandcastle is centrally located at 1 Main Street, Ocho Rios.This is a beach front property (with a balcony overlooking the sea, in close proximity to most amenities, including: banks, market (walking distance), The new Fisherman's Point and Margaritaville (walking distance), Dunn's River Falls (10 mins driving), and Famous White River (15 mins driving). The Taj Mahal, Magaritaville, night clubs and the farmer’s market are within walking distance. St Ann’s Bay Hospital is 20 minutes driving.
The space
Sanitized thoroughly, including linen, drapes, A/C filters and all surfaces.
Extremely clean and fresh.The entire apartment is available and is comprised of the bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. This is a one bedroom apartment and not a studio. There is a king size bed, dining table and chairs, sofa (regular- no bed), refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, A/C units ( bedroom and living room), two 50 inch flat screen TV’s.
Guest access
There is laundry service on the property. They charge per load. You drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening (express) or next day (regular)
Other things to note
Access to the beach requires you to get a guest pass at the front desk or from the security at the beach entrance. There is no cost for using the beach
