North Star Properties LLC, is a multifaceted business that assists you, the customer, as you make the decision in home buying, selling and Rentals. We are respected in the community and our philosophies are based on both honesty and integrity. As a client centered business, you will receive personal service and be backed by a reputable company.
Our goal is to make sure that we satisfy the special needs of all of our clients and at the same time make the process and transactions go as smoothly as possible. Our company is dedicated to maintaining a professional, trustworthy long term partnership with our clients.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Monica started North Star Properties with one goal. To better serve the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan Area with a concierge service mentality for short term rentals. From the North suburbs of Detroit she was bred to be in the real estate industry. Both of her parents were entrepreneurs. She watched as her father built Gauthier Corporation, a very successful construction company, which is still running as strong as ever. Her mother started a cleaning company that meticulously made sure every home shined like the top of the Chrysler building. Working for both of her parents growing up, she understands the drive and passion it takes to achieve success. Prior to starting North Star Properties, she sold real estate on the Northside of Chicago before moving to the Dunes and making a permanent home.

It's not about getting the sale or rental, it's offering a uniquely qualified experience to my clients by building trust and a long term partnership.
