Great quiet getaway in a private community to enjoy nature. 4-4.5 hours from DC. Minutes from Swallow Falls State Park. 25-30 minutes from Deep Creek Lake and Wisp Ski Resort.

The newly renovated cabin offers a family room, kitchen, reading area, and 1 full bath w/ laundry on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 twin bunk beds), and a half bath. There is a fire pit and two decks (front & back) to enjoy the outdoors.

We do supply bedding, towels, coffee and teas, spices, initial use of paper products (TP & Paper Towels). We DO NOT supply your laundry detergents.

Enjoy your coffee on the back deck, in the evenings sit around the fire pit to relax, go hiking at Swallow Falls, rent a boat on Deep Creek Lake, go skiing at Wisp Ski Resort, the list goes on….centrally located to a tons of outdoor fun!

This is a private community. The entire community is dirt/gravel roads ranging from 2400-2700 feet elevation. Speed limit is 20mph, do not speed. It is about a 10 minute drive to/from to the gate.

This community backs up to a State Forest. There is a lot of wildlife. Be mindful of poison ivy, Bears, Bobcats, rattlesnakes, ticks, & copperhead snakes to name a few.
