Welcome to our home away from home. Surfside 109 is located on the beautiful no-drive New Smyrna Beach. Surfside is a direct oceanfront complex featuring a 3 story horseshoe shaped building where every unit has ocean views.

This 2-bed/2-bath condo was completely remodeled and completed in January of 2023. You will instantly feel welcomed by our neutral coastal vibe with all of the comforts of home.

This fresh and spacious 2-bed/2-bath condo features brand new flooring throughout, a completely remodeled kitchen with BRAND NEW, full sized appliances and sea glass infused quartz countertops. Dining room features a large dining table to seat a family comfortably and opens to the living space. Living room has beautiful beach views from the sliding glass doors and a new sectional couch. Access the 1st floor porches from the living room and primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious memory foam KING BED, closet and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a twin sized trundle and a Smart TV. Hall bath is a full bath with a walk in shower. This condo has everything you need including: smart televisions, wifi, cable, linens/towels and more. Surfside 109 is perfect for a family getaway! Plenty of amenities for all ages.

The pool area features a large heated swimming pool and kiddie pool.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring or buy additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters as needed.

We happily rent to guests 25 years and older.

Beautiful spot

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. Its a beautiful condoā€”newly furnished and well decorated. It had everything and anything we could possibly have needed (including a surfboard). Itā€™s very spacious and you can actually see the ocean from the couch.

Perfect condo on the beach

The condo is just as beautiful in person as it is in pictures. The location is ideal for families because itā€™s located in the no drive part of the beach. We love being on the ground floor because itā€™s so convenient and gives easy access to the pool and beach. The owner responds quickly and the condo is equipped with everything you need. We loved our stay and hope to be repeat guests.

We had a wonderful time at Debbieā€™s place! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. All the decorative touches made it feel like a luxury stay! The location on New Smyrna beach was perfect for boogie boarding and surfing, which both adults and kids enjoyed. The provided boogie boards, beach chairs, toys and umbrella were so helpful! The pool wasnā€™t heated when we were there, which was the only downside, but we had a great time in the ocean. We also enjoyed the ease of the ground floor unit and the condo grounds were beautifully kept. Thanks for a memorable and peaceful place to stay! We hope to be back. :)

Home Away From Home

Our visit to NSB was amazing! Our biggest decision was whether to start the day at the pool or beachside! The condo was immaculate and comfortable; providing a home-like retreat to rest from the sun or weather. We will reflect on this stay as one of our best family vacations.

Fabulous NSB condo

Beautifully decorated and well stocked condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although we didnā€™t do much cooking, the condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is in a quiet family oriented complex. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was really nice to have access to the in unit laundry. Check in was easy and our host was communicating throughout our stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway with First-Floor Convenience

We had a fantastic stay at this New Smyrna Beach property! The host was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, making everything smooth from start to finish. The unit was exactly as describedā€”clean, comfortable, and everything was in great working order.One of our favorite features was being on the first floor. It was so convenient to walk straight out into the courtyard and not have to lug beach gear up and down stairs every day. It made beach trips and relaxing at the property that much easier.The location was perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area. Weā€™d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Last Minute Spring Break Getaway

The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures suggest! We really lucked out finding this diamond on such short notice! The location was perfect on a no drive section of the beach. Easy & quick access to both beach and pool. The complex itself isn't huge, so even at capacity, I doubt it would feel too crowded. The host left a super helpful binder in the kitchen filled with tips and a long list of restaurant recommendations, which we utilized to the fullest. Some of our favorites were, The Garlic, Outriggers and The Mermaid Cafe (with kids' waffle bar). There was a TON of beach toys, chairs, games, etc. We literally didn't need to bring anything but clothing! Thanks so much for letting us stay!

BEST WEEK EVER

We had never been to NSB before this trip and let me tell you we can't wait to come back. Most of the reason being the room and accomidations it had! It was steps from the pool and beach so we could make an easy trip back for lunch, nap, restroom, or if we just needed anything! This room was clean but mostly welcoming! We were welcomed with more than expected as far as starters for your trip (like toilet paper/papertowels but even snacks!) Debbie was easy to communicate with and accomidated our special request! Thank you Debbie and Craig for such an amazing stay! We cant wait to come back to NSB but mainly your condo!!
