The Space:

Our Happy Place sleeps 9 between 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms within minutes to Disney with a Private Heated Swimming Pool. There are two primary bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans and Queen Beds. The 2 additional bedrooms feature 2 twin beds in each room along with an additional shared 3rd bathroom. There is a twin trundle that pulls out in the "camp" room for additional sleeping space.



The home has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating for your entire family to enjoy meals together. You'll find everything you need to prep and serve a meal. You'll also find a games room in the converted garage with pool table, foosball table and laundry.



Private outdoor pool with large patio that includes dining chairs, lounge chairs and pool basketball net for you to enjoy during your stay. Pool heat is included in your stay.

Guests have access to the entire home except for 1 locked cleaners closet.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in Emerald Island Resort surround by homes and nature trails. Emerald Island Resort is a 24 hour gated community that you'll have access to the following Emerald Island amenities; heated community pool and spa, poolside bar, tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf, fitness room, beach volleyball court, and kids playgrounds. You can also rent bikes onsite to use throughout the community.



Emerald Island is surrounded by theme parks making it a great location for your next Florida vacation. Disney land is within a 15-20 minute drive. You'll also find Seaworld, Universal, and Lego Land within a 30 minute drive.



Getting Around:

Our home is within 40 minute drive from the Orlando Airport. Once you arrive, you'll find parking for 2 cars in the private driveway. The home is located within minutes to Walmart, Target, Outlet Shopping, Restaurants, Water Parks, Theme Parks and more.



Other Things to Note:

There is parking available in the driveway for 2 cars. Guests will be required to purchase an Emerald Island Resort pass upon arrival. The pass will give you access to enter and exit the resort and all the community amenities during your stay. Emerald Island Resort pass is $20.
