New deck furniture added for summer of 2021. Great kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large eating area with seating for 7. Spacious family room has a great ocean view and has a large (smart) flat screen smart TV, separate sitting room off of family room with ocean view. Downstairs bonus room with large screen smart TV, great for separate kids space. Stereo systems (with Bluetooth) with in ceiling speakers in all common areas and outdoor speakers to listen to your favorite music while relaxing on the large outdoor deck (half of deck is covered). Linens not provided to keep costs down, available on the island if you do not want to bring your own. Pillows and blankets are provide. Weber gas grill provided. (Beds: 2 Queen, 3 Twin) In an effort to keep costs down I do not provide linens......if you would like to rent linens you may contact a local vendor to deliver and pickup at house. House has drip coffee maker as well as a K-cup. Most people do not like the taste of Emerald Isle tap water, most use bottled water. Max number of adults is 5, max number of guest 7) Exceeding max will result in loss of security deposit.
